Facilities are very basic. Our room was next to the tram line. So it was noisy when the tram went through.

Hotel is close to historic Bursa. Walking distance to major attractions like Ulu Cami, Silk Market, Grand Bazar. Great food options around that we found better than in Sultanahmet. Prices and freshness. The hotel had all the essentials and staff were very welcoming and attentive to any requests. Breakfast was traditional turkish breakfast and generous. The public transport options are great for going further out to other places like Cables in Uludag. Bus, Tram and taxi are all close by.

Got moved into 3 different rooms, 1st room curtain was broken. Next 2 rooms the shower leaked a lot. They upgraded us which was nice but then downgraded when we told them the shower leaked, moved to a smaller room with a leaking shower and broken shower head holder. One side of the building is very loud from the street. Bring ear plugs! The bed was comfortable. Location was amazing. Walkable to lots of good food and sights. Parking in basement was helpful. Little confusing to drive to location but not bad. Just turn down the tracks.

It's incredibly close to major tourist attractions, and the hotel interior is truly beautiful. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. The atmosphere is very antique, and the staff are friendly, so I was able to wander around without worry. I highly recommend this hotel when you visit Bursa.

Excellent hotel and Ishelay (receptionist) was very helpful in assisting with travel arrangements. If I'm ever in Bursa again, I'll definitely be staying here.

I was greeted with a very warm welcome by the receptionist Isilay, she was also very helpful in giving any advice I needed. The hotel itself was perfectly located near the Grand Bazaar, Grand Mosque and loads of places to eat nearby.
I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Great value for the money I paid

very convenient location, close to metro and a lot of bus routes, major sights can be easily reached by public transport or even walking
the interior is classy, the staff is friendly
highly recommended for 2-3 days
only downside: being next to a tramline it might get noisy early in the morning

The hotel is simply charming, with a beautiful old architecture that truly reflects the spirit of Bursa. The location is excellent, making it very easy to explore the city. The room is spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff is always kind and helpful, which makes the stay even more pleasant. On top of that, the price is very reasonable for what the hotel offers, making it a great value for money. Highly recommended!
