Great service and staff, but had to wake up seven in the morning. It sounds like there’s a storm coming, but it turns out they have the washers and dryers in the room above us, which is very sad and loud couldn’t sleep well especially I came traveling overseas and I’m very tired.

Title: An Exceptional Stay in Bursa, Turkey!
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)
My stay at Burcman Visne in Bursa, Turkey, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked through the doors to the day we departed, every aspect of our experience exceeded our expectations. The rooms were beautifully appointed. The attention to cleanliness was evident, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's restaurant offered a delightful culinary experience. The variety and quality of the food served were delicious. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the honesty and helpfulness of the management and staff. In particular, I would like to commend the hotel's receptionist, Ammar Shabani. He demonstrated an exceptional level of integrity and loyalty that left a lasting impression on us.During our stay, we inadvertently left behind some valuable items in our room. We had already left the hotel when Ammar personally took the initiative to find our contact information and call us about the forgotten belongings. This act of honesty and kindness was truly remarkable and heartwarming. It reflects the character and values of the hotel's staff. The honesty and assistance we received from Ammar Shabani and the entire hotel team have motivated us to wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to Bursa, Turkey. Such a level of service, combined with the genuine care for guests, is a rare find and deserves to be celebrated.
In conclusion, our stay at this hotel was a memorable and delightful experience. If you're looking for a place to stay in Bursa, look no further. This hotel provides not only exceptional accommodations but also a team of dedicated individuals who go the extra mile to ensure your stay is nothing short of perfect. We can't wait to return!
Thank you to the entire staff, especially Ammar Shabani, for making our stay in Bursa unforgettable.
