Everything was amazing! The view from the mountain was really beautyfull and the shows were really good. The staff was really kind they said hello everytime and we had a good laugh at the chickens roaming the hotel.I hope we come back another time!Thank you ,Utopia world , for this amazing vacation!

Amazing place! Beautiful 360 degree views, great facilities, a lot of pools, aqua park, beach, entertainment, delicious food, great drinks and cocktails and last but not least - very kind personnel with great hospitality and service. An outstanding hotel with an excellent restaurant offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. Lots of good content for kids and adults at the pools and bars next to them. Performances by various artists and entertainers every evening, for both children and adults. Children's playroom with many daily workshops.

The hotel is very well positioned and offers very beautiful views. Everything is very clean. the food is very good, the imported drinks are free and it has a nice aqua park. The staff is very kind and present everywhere. No matter what needs I had, they moved very quickly and if they did not understand English well, they would come in a few seconds with a colleague with whom I could understand.

Hotel has a great location on the hill surrounded by park, the food of great taste and quality and friendly and helpful staff. We had a birthday during our stay and we got a bottle of champagne and a cake thanks guest relation for that. We will definitely come next time

For me, this hotel is definitely not a 5-star. The bathroom smells terrible of sewage, and there are no robes or dental kits. Good hotel, polite staff, we settled quickly (5 floors) room is good, food is delicious, no one will stay hungry. Hotel for rest with the family. Only one minus they can not provide first medical assistant (with the father came an unfortunate case on the sea, no one could provide first aid)

Visited the hotel 3 years ago. I had one of my best vacations there. Variety of well-made food, regular cleaning, nice beach. In 2019 everything was excellent.

We returned yestarday. It was the best vacation, ww were there only woman, 4 adults and 2 kids. But the negative was: internet, was on order only on reception, on 4th day we bought wifi cards-at last. The food was normally, nothing special, but many people equals many kind of food. Swimming pool was only for us cause there were a few people👍. Personal was cute. We were very, very satisfied🙏❤️.

Food is beautiful , you have very big choice and it's very delicious . It has many pools , for babies , for bigger kids and for adults . Rooms are clean , there are people that clean rooms almost every day , people in the hotel are all friendly . I recommend , if you go in this hotel , you go like all inclusive .

I really enjoyed my vacation this year. I was there in early September. I already miss this place. Good location (you can see both the mountains and the sea). Nice rooms. Delicious varied food. Everything you need is there. Very polite and nice staff. There is always some kind of entertainment program in the evening. Very close to the beach. Beautiful well-kept territory .
