Amazing place! Beautiful 360 degree views, great facilities, a lot of pools, aqua park, beach, entertainment, delicious food, great drinks and cocktails and last but not least - very kind personnel with great hospitality and service

We had a birthday during our stay and we got a bottle of champagne and a cake thanks guest relation for that. We will definitely come next time

Everything was amazing! The view from the mountain was really beautyfull and the shows were really good. The staff was really kind they said hello everytime and we had a good laugh at the chickens roaming the hotel

Maybe it is a part of (russian?) culture, but for non-smoker with children it was terrible expierence and quite a challenge to find a place to breathe normally

All in all, Utopia World is a very positive surprise that can be reached by bus in about 3 hours if you land in Antalya

We stayed at the hotel at the beginning of May, but there were already enough people, the hotel has a nice area, slides, pools, we didn't see any animation, but maybe it's only the beginning of the season

We stayed here as a family of 8 with a disabled child in a wheelchair some minor improvements can be made but overall had a fantastic experience accommodated us really well plenty of food and drinks throughout the whole day no restrictions whatsoever ever was every childs dream with ice creams drink sushi's

They had lifts everything was pretty much accessible that was great,very polite staff, was clean. I would say lifegards at the pool not really attentive so be careful as they are on there phones

Pools are fantastic loved the slides have there own food court outside aswell even have a café. Definitely will come again we all had a amazing time here!!!!

They'll find a sun lounger and bring it to you if you can't find one yourself. Emerald water, fish, small pebbles, and we didn't even need our water shoes. The entry into the sea was comfortable

I was especially pleased with the beach and sea. Food is served on the beach from 10:00 a. It's very clean, and someone constantly walks around cleaning, sweeping, and tidying up everything

Price quality ratio is really good, friendly staff, clean and new rooms, food is good, you can order cocktails (incl in ur stay) from morning till evening. Loved it here and might come back next summer

And the temperature in this room is about 25-26 degrees without ventilation, it's hot to just lie on the bench. Everything else in the hotel corresponds to its price category, where it even surpasses

I enjoyed my vacation at the kirbiyik resort. It is a nice resort with two swimming Pools and a nice quit private beach. The people who work thee are nice and helpful. The food is really good and varied

Me and my family went to the hotel 2 weeks ago. And we really had a great time here. Everything was good, the food, the pool, the beach and the rooms. the animation team was the best. love everyone but anil was best

The building might need a little renovation but the facilities and conditions are good. There are 2 Pools outside, one of them with slides and one indoors, all of them well maintained

We had a room near the pool area and didn’t sleep well , since they played music til 1 am on full volume. What also annoyed us was one of their staff. For the children disco she needed 2 more people

There were no designated smoking or non-smoking areas, and people smoked everywhere without much consideration for others. This made the hotel feel unfriendly for children in this regard

The staff is really nice and is taking really good care of all their customers. Sadly it really stinks in the hotel, because most of the people smoke. All of our tshirts smelled like cigarettes after one wear of use

then i say that i dont understand russian, only english. you need to ask to turn on the light in the fitness center because you will be doing exercises in the dark =) the food is quite good and varied

My personal experience was absolutely amazing the food was 9/10 the front desk was a little rude but overall my stay was amazing but there was 1 down side the ladder in the pool was very shaky and I fell off it my toe got stuck and I broke it but the water slides are amazing and the room beds are very comfortable it was a little noisy but the overall atmosphere was great and my family also enjoyed...

Pool slide only open for 2hrs a day. 24hrs snack bar serves soup only. Breakfast do not offer toast or jams. Paper cups in room for hot drinks which you have to ring reception every day to replace

Pool, private beach near the sea, delicious food and drinks

In general, we liked everything - food, living conditions. But we were on holiday at the end of March and chose a hotel with a heated pool, but alas, the information on the website is incorrect

On top of that, because of the fact that it was bachelorette celebration, and we were group of 14 girls, boss of the hotel and staff prepared for us a cake - this was compeltely unexpected and it was one of the most unforgettable experiences of our lives! Thank you very much that you made us feel so special! We will return here for another bachelorette party for sure! P

I stayed in November 2025 just before it closed. The best value hotel in Alanya for price and quality! It has its own long, unpaved beach and a beautiful pier overlooking the fortress

The hotel is located right on the beach, no need to cross the road, as in most hotels in Alanya. Large green area, several swimming pools. There are piers for going down to the sea, bypassing the rocks

Absolutely fantastic place to stay at. The staff is super nice, the food is amazing, it's very close to the beach (and it has a proper beach side, not one of those wooden/metal ones with a ladder leading into the sea)

Always got served cold refreshments at the beach bar, which cannot be said about all the hotels in Alanya, all in all a great experience

Similarly, the cocktail options were limited and not very varied, which may not be ideal for those looking for a more extensive drink selection. Also the spa lady was overly insistent in trying to sell her services to us

Rooms are not wow, issues with air conditioner and a lot of things are broken. Staff is super friendly willing to help you and assist. Their English is not so good when you compare it with their Russian

Pool/children area : The Pool was very clean and from what we could see was cleaned every morning. There sun loungers where clean but half way through the day would get very dirty where the water would sit

Good value for the price I think. There are 3 pools, kids slides. Not too noisy, but also not very quite as the hotel is in the city. The best impression I had was spa and Turkish bath

You get to the beach just in 2 minutes through the tunnel where you have fridge standing with water if you would like to take with you to the beach. You get towels and hotel has their own sun-beds
