Terrible Experience at Eras Hotel

I had an disappointing stay at Eras Hotel. The room was far from clean, and the bed and pillows had a bad smell, making it impossible to sleep through the night. To make matters worse, the door had no proper lock, which made me feel unsafe, and the phone to contact reception was unavailable. There was no internet in the room, and the only place with a working connection was the hotel lobby. Additionally, the bathroom lacked basic amenities like soap. The overall service was unacceptable, and I do not recommend staying here.

They say you get what you paid for. This hotel is cheaper comparing to other places but there are shortcomings that people have already mentioned. Two points that I would like to mention: 1. The blanket had no cover. So there is one blanket used by many people. 2. The airconditioner didn't work and I was freezing till morning. As I read on the reviews that they are not attentive, I didn't bother asking for help. So I had to leave at 5 a.m. to use my car's heater to get warm.
Again, I mention that it was cheap. But, in the cold season, getting warm is a basic demand. I didn't complain and left. Maybe they are struggling financially. I hope in the future it improves and they will have a successful business with happy customers.

Locationwise the hotel is decent, but when it comes to the service and rooms themselves it’s terrible. We came around 3-4 pm and asked if there was a room for 3 people. Which they said there is and gave us a 2 person room instead. After we complained they finally gave us a 3 person room but we had to wait for like an hour to finally get inside. Let’s say they were unprepared okay fine..

We went to dinner, came back and finally went in the room. I don’t know why they needed this hour because there were 3 beds, but only 2 towels. The bathroom was still a mess and dirty. One plus side is that the shower has 2 drains, but both are not working so you don’t have to go downstairs to the pool, you can have your private pool in your bathroom!!

Regarding the towels we complained because we all wanted to shower and they came to a conclusion that all towels are finished and we couldn’t get one more.

When it came to taking the payment they were so sharp, but when it came to delivering the service they are trying to push you away immediately.

There was laundry in the room they gave. And They always open the door while you are in the room and scare the hell out of you ( room service doesnt know what knocking door means) , sheets are dirty. İ told them 2 times but they didnt change them. İ came here thinking it is normal bad. But actually it is very baddd

The room lacks the most basic amenities such as towels and slippers
The bathrooms are poor, like a bathroom on the main street
The receptionist has a bad treatment

The hotel is far from unprofessional. First of all, the room they gave was damp and the ceiling of the bathroom was leaking. In the room given later, the bathroom and toilets have nothing to do with the images. Excuse me, there was no toilet paper in its place. The air conditioner is working at one degree. If you find a tv controller, you can watch it, we couldn't find it. Food was greasy and unsalted. Let me tell you in short, my wife and I were dying to leave early in the morning A BUSINESS THAT DOESN'T DESERVE MONEY
