The worst hotel, food inedible, rooms never cleaned had to empty bins myself, no clean towels had to go ask for towels and toilet rolls, staff rude and not helpful , struggled to find a sin bed that wasn't broken, had people climbing up onto the balcony and the balcony door lock broken, I would not give this hotel any star rating

Great Otel! Amazing staff honestly probably best I’ve met, entertainment staff were great I think they were called Mert and Syvria? Something like that. Anyway, food was delicious (even though I think I came back with food poisoning I have stomach problems though so don’t make this throw you off). But really good price, good drinks, room was em… ok. Great hotel for family’s 👍 Cleaner was kind ☺️ Security dogs were cute. SHOUTOUT TO AYLIN BEST SECURITY GUARD! But as a young persons point of view people need to remember how much they payed when writing a review for this hotel… I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and I didn’t get bored 👍 I really enjoyed the Tv having Polish programmes (im half polish half British) 4 Fun dance was great please watch! And the shows were good i especially enjoyed Miss Election and Boys v Girls. At this point I’m telling you my life story but I enjoyed this holiday so much I came back to the uk and I have depression. I don’t even know what to do with myself anymore 😔 So I wrote this review as it’s the only thing I have to do (except school 😔😔😔) I hope someone reads this review and laughs or something 👍 Please visit this hotel it’s something extraordinary!!! Very good hotel like the atmosphere and food met the expectations, the animation team did a pretty good job planning the activities, MERT kept a good vibe in the waterfall bar area

Avoid at all costs! Unhygienic throughout the whole hotel arrived at 5am after travelling for hours with my child to a disgustingly dirty room hair all over the place including inside the fridge, mould in the shower beds that felt like rocks told the reception and they didn’t seem to care I was told house keeping comes at 7am asked them what I should do in this time since we had not slept and they didnt even offer me another room I ended up sitting on the reception sofa with my child wasn’t even offered a drink not that I’d want to eat or drink in this place. Got to around 2pm finally offered another room which was the same standard basic and not clean the whole hotel is run down and unhygienic and the staff are rude. We ended up leaving around 9.30pm that same day! Absolutely flabbergasted at how this is advertised as a 4 star hotel I wouldn’t let a rat sleep here! Any seemingly good reviews or here are either fake or written by someone who lives in squalor it’s the worst place I’ve ever been.

Before coming here I saw 1 star and 5 star reviews. Being optimistic I was prepared for either eventuality, knowing that many reviews are posted by advertisers for or against the business. I can now assure you that my 1 star rating is carefully considered and I am not a competing business trying to diminish its reputation. The transfer from the airport was horrendously long, not helped by a near 2 hour delay on the flight and we arrived at 4am to be housed in a temporary room, and starving: the hotel had no food available at this time. We were moved the next day to a very basic room. It was adequate at best. The staff were mostly distant or unfriendly. The food was very below par - boring selection, often served cold and unappetising. Several nights we left the food after a few mouthfuls. Friends we met said they chose to eat out instead. Bear in mind this is not a cheap option as the days of cheap Turkish hospitality are long gone and local businesses charge tourists similar prices for food and drink which you’d pay in London. The scheduled eating times were short so everyone piled in at the start making it difficult to find a table and often even a plate or cutlery. The drinks seemed to offer the most economical selection the hotel could manage. It was almost a chore to order drinks with no reward. Animation was minimal - there was no enthusiasm from the team and because of the early closing of the restaurant each night, far too long to sit around waiting for whatever themed night was grudgingly put on. Sun beds were far too few for the number of gusts this hotel packed in. Positives? The private beach was nice and the only place you could eat chips warmer than tepid. And of course t

The hotel was amazing, even better than we expected. The entertainment was great, the location was good and the staff were lovely, Mert in particular kept me smiling all day. I’ll be coming back very soon.
