Amazing place! Beautiful 360 degree views, great facilities, a lot of pools, aqua park, beach, entertainment, delicious food, great drinks and cocktails and last but not least - very kind personnel with great hospitality and service

I highly recommend this place for great experience that will make unforgettable memories

The hotel staff are very welcoming and friendly. Food is a good standard and varied each day. I would have liked to see some of the chefs cooking "live"/in front of us to cook dishes other than pasta every day

The location of the hotel gives amazing views, but it is isolated from the rest of Alanya. There are no amenities nearby and the hotel does not offer a shuttle to the city

Rooms were a standard size with a great view - we upgraded to stay in the hotel. If you stay in the apartments you do not get much of a view as it's in a forest

The water park was fun with a variety of slides, and most of the time shaded by the trees (good to go around midday to avoid heat)

We will return to the hotel more than once, for us this is a place where you can have a great time

We stayed here as a family of 8 with a disabled child in a wheelchair some minor improvements can be made but overall had a fantastic experience accommodated us really well plenty of food and drinks throughout the whole day no restrictions whatsoever ever was every childs dream with ice creams drink sushi's

I was especially pleased with the beach and sea. Food is served on the beach from 10:00 a. It's very clean, and someone constantly walks around cleaning, sweeping, and tidying up everything

They'll find a sun lounger and bring it to you if you can't find one yourself. Emerald water, fish, small pebbles, and we didn't even need our water shoes. The entry into the sea was comfortable

We had a jacuzzi in the room, which was a nice upgrade, but it was dirty as well. Even after asking several times for it to be cleaned, it never really was. Food-wise, I’d give it a 4 out of 5

This was our second stay at Lumos Deluxe, as we visited last year and really enjoyed it — that’s why we decided to come back. Unfortunately, this time our experience wasn’t nearly as good

Price quality ratio is really good, friendly staff, clean and new rooms, food is good, you can order cocktails (incl in ur stay) from morning till evening. Loved it here and might come back next summer

I would like to come back here , eventually for a longer visit. Although between the Hotel and the beach there is a main road , there is a short access path underneath the road that gets you there in a couple minutes

I enjoyed my vacation at the kirbiyik resort. It is a nice resort with two swimming Pools and a nice quit private beach. The people who work thee are nice and helpful. The food is really good and varied

Second thing, for me personally i was sad that there was no possibility to order shisha in the hotel, would have been great with the great view, this point is strictly a personal opinion, apparantly there was the possibility for shisha last season, but it got forbidden this season

We particularly enjoyed the lush green surroundings, which added to the relaxing vibe, and the very close proximity to the beach was incredibly convenient

The staff is really nice and is taking really good care of all their customers. Sadly it really stinks in the hotel, because most of the people smoke. All of our tshirts smelled like cigarettes after one wear of use

The staff were consistently very nice and helpful, which significantly contributed to a positive experience. Our rooms, while of average standard, were quite spacious, offering ample room to move around

then i say that i dont understand russian, only english. you need to ask to turn on the light in the fitness center because you will be doing exercises in the dark =) the food is quite good and varied

We had a room near the pool area and didn’t sleep well , since they played music til 1 am on full volume. What also annoyed us was one of their staff. For the children disco she needed 2 more people

The food was moderately varied, providing enough options without being overly exciting. However, a significant drawback was the prevalence of smoking throughout the hotel, especially by the pool

corridor carpets were a bit problematic. new carpets arrived while we were there. I think we'd better come back in the summer and see everything finished. it was a smooth and comfortable rest for us

When we first came to the hotel,,,, we had doubts, after all we had planned an off-season trip. the lobby seats were being renovated while we were there, there were both old and new seats

they gave us their renovated room. They informed that all will be renewed in a short time. The new furniture colors close to black are nice. It is more modern and stylish than before

There were many places to visit. I especially recommend you to see Sapadere canyon. they hosted people who lost their homes in the earthquake before us

From the front of the hotel at first view I was a little taken back thinking it didn't look 4 star, however once inside it looked much better. Greeted early hours of the morning with meals waiting if you required one

Really beautiful view from the balcony! Room is far from the hotel Disco so the noise was not too much disturbing and the disco isn’t every day. It also facing to the road so traffic noise exist

For me it was ok as this noise is everywhere. Rooms are comfortable and good condition. Maybe it can be better but really nice and I like it. Also good for children(lots of families here)

The shop at the entrance of the hotel also nice and has good prices. It is not obviously for such touristic location! Wi-Fi is not free

The Hotel is middle class hotel with clean and good service. Here is the main problem with its beach. It is rocky and not comfortable at all.

Was offered a room with no balcony originally which was not acceptable and got a lovely disabled room on the first floor. No food or drink available on our arrival either at 1am in the morning

My personal experience was absolutely amazing the food was 9/10 the front desk was a little rude but overall my stay was amazing but there was 1 down side the ladder in the pool was very shaky and I fell off it my toe got stuck and I broke it but the water slides are amazing and the room beds are very comfortable it was a little noisy but the overall atmosphere was great and my family also enjoyed...

On top of that, because of the fact that it was bachelorette celebration, and we were group of 14 girls, boss of the hotel and staff prepared for us a cake - this was compeltely unexpected and it was one of the most unforgettable experiences of our lives! 3-The pool is nice big clean 4-The sea is very close, you just pass through a 30 m tunnel, sunbeds and umbrellas are enough. The sea water is very clear and clean

It doesn't get deep all of a sudden and it's very clear. It works, so you don't need to go to another beach

This should be taken into account when commenting on a full price/performance hotel. Positive aspects; 1- A complete family hotel, local and foreign, everyone is very calm and smiling

2-I think the meals are according to the hotel price. Good four kinds of main course (Chicken-meatballs mainly), appetizers are good, salad varieties are fresh, fruits watermelon melon orange Desserts are nice 6-7 kinds

7-There is no slide in the pool 8-The drinks are unlimited, but you always buy them in glasses, not cans or bottles, you get the water from the dispenser, and the quality of the drinks is low, such as fruit juices are made from tank powder in the markets

Negatives; 1- Insufficient parking lot 2 - Rooms are a bit small 3- The furnishings and pillows in the room are old. 4-The bed and pillows smell like sweat. 5-There are almost no entertainment activities in the hotel

It’s close to the Beach and central shopping areas. The room itself was clean, but the shower was broken and difficult to use

After relaxing after a delicious lunch, we visited it and were delighted. Nice girls from Bali washed us, gave us a good massage, my friend the massage therapist appreciated it. We were pleased with the hamam

As for the excursions, we walked along the street, found out the prices, but Ali's excursion turned out to be cheaper, he visits the beach and our hotel every day

Respect to the cooks!!! We were also pleased with the drinks, this is not bad beer, wine, vodka, the boys made delicious cocktails. The room is of course simple, we got on the first floor, but everything worked

We took an excursion to a pirate yacht for $ 15, and it was worth it, we were happy. We danced, swam, and sunbathed!! The food was very varied, tasty, every day there was something new

We arrived at about ten in the morning, but were not checked in until two in the afternoon, they explained that the hotel was fully booked. We managed to eat delicious flatbreads

Whether it was beach volleyball, darts, aqua gym, or dance classes, there was always something fun to do. I never once felt bored during my stay

Super staff, super rooms. Beach is full of rocks, and for me not good. Water is top. Food every day same. Animation team is perfect kind. 4* for sure!

The elevators are a disaster – overcrowded and slow. Entertainment was good as well. The beach, however, was the worst I’ve ever been to – very little gravel at the entrance and concrete slabs everywhere

Well after booking we read the reviews and we're a bit worried. We are here now and all I can say is people moan about anything. It's a nice hotel good rooms lots of space

Staff do speak very good English and are very friendly. The food is plentiful and if there is nothing there you like then there's something wrong with you, I'm a picky eater and there was always something I could eat

I went with my wife and it was a better place than I expected, just the location seemed a little out of place for me, other than that it is definitely a place where you can stay with peace of mind.

The staff is very polite, all requests were fulfilled. The room itself was clean, everything as in the photo. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Definitely recommend.

So basically if it was not for food poisoning, I would just say it is decent but staff at the reception, pool bar, next to indoor pool really need to improve and act their job with some smile, better responding style

Our room wasn’t too bad but some were very far away with lots of hills, in the main building (buffet, reception, pool) there are lifts and within the blocks or rooms there are lifts between floors but between the blocks of rooms there isn’t

During mealtimes you’d go to get your own drink, we noticed there were waiters which floated round but none ever seemed to come to us, only ever a small selection of people would get the table service

This was the same in the evenings. The cocktail selection quite limited - beer and wine were ok for an all inclusive. Spirits weren’t too bad - obviously watered down but not too much

The lunch in the buffet restaurant were also bizarrely stressful people would be pushing and jumping queues (but wasn’t ever like this for dinner)

I stayed in November 2025 just before it closed. The best value hotel in Alanya for price and quality! It has its own long, unpaved beach and a beautiful pier overlooking the fortress

The rooms and the hotel itself need renovation; they're not modern, but they've been built in the 1980s. It's obvious the wooden windows are constantly being painted. You have to open the elevator door yourself

Good cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The spa offers a variety of programs. The masseuses are Turkish; some are good, but the Balinese ones are better. One masseuse was a first-timer

Stayed at the grand Kaptan for 7 nights. Service - When we arrived we were greeted well and our bags taken up to our room and given a welcoming drink. We checked in late but there was food to offer in midnight soup

In the evenings, the ambiance with soft lighting and a peaceful atmosphere created a truly romantic setting. This hotel is definitely a great choice for those who want to relax and create beautiful memories

There is a nice breakfast buffet with good choice and several chefs doing eggs and bread on order Only few rooms have direct see view (most at a sharp angle), but we liked mountain view even more! Rooms are modern and very clean! Everything was working fine, so we have not needed anything

Spa services from Kusuma Wardana and Natali Hontarenko were great! Will always come back to the spa even if I am at a different hotel nearby.

The only downside was that when midnight struck on the terrace by the main bar, and guests were still sitting with their drinks, all the lights were suddenly turned off without prior notice that the space was closing
