Sun Fire Beach Hotel in Alanya

Spent a week here for our honeymoon and to say it was a disaster is an understatement

Checked in at 4am to a dirty room with toilet paper that had piss on it stuck to the bathroom floor, toothpaste spit still in the sink, every surface was filthy, not to mention the shower wasn't even on the wall

Complained and was told the hotel was full so we either had to take that room or wait 6 hours on the manager coming in to try sort it.

Was given another room at 9am and that was just as dirty as the first room, we finally got a clean room at 10am 6 hours after checking in so we lost more or less a full day due to having to catch up on sleep

The all inclusive meals are absolutely terrible and the all inclusive drinks consist of vodka or beer nothing else, and don't expect the juice to be cold for your vodka as it's roasting hot

The staff are so unhelpful and don't want to help in any way

And the wifi is €20 for the week which is a joke

Not worth the money or the hassle

Worst hotel i ever stayed. 2 stars not 4 . rooms dirty old . no hot water in shower . food nasty everyday same and feels like its canned meat and cheap pasta. drinks horrible didn't drink nothing from bar only water. Left my jacket and pants tried to contact them to send back in parcel they didn't found it altho i left it in closet in my room. Probly just binned my stuff without even trying to contact me. Nobody speaks English only Russian. Stuff not friendly reception rude. Pool dirty nobody cleans it. I hope they close this hotel soon. 23.09.2018

Terrible hotel. Reasons:

1. The food is awful. No meat, no diversity, everyday the same. Perfect for vegetarians :)

2. The beach is whole with concrete. No sand in the sea. The dirtiest beach I have ever seen.

3. The water slide is working only half hour per day.

4. No Internet. Only one router in the lobby for >300 people is not usable.

5. Animation team is only one person. The program does not comply.
