Horrible place. I struggle to find words to describe how absolutely horrible our stay in this "Hotel" was. Never encountered something like that in my life. Don't go there, especially if you're not German. The whole Hotel caters only to Germans and Russians and no one else. Since I, as a German and my spouse are mostly talking in English to each other we got continuously sh** on for that. The owner threatened to throw us out of the Hotel and screamed at me after I asked for a clean room since the room we were put in first stank so horrible out of the sewer that we couldn't enter the bathroom and had to beg and plead to get sheets that were not dirty and unwashed like the ones we got first. Everytime I was talking to my spouse in English he got offended since he thought we were slandering him. After I contacted TUI and they tried to mediate, we got at least a somewhat clean room, but the rest of the stay was still horrible. After someone threatens you to put you on the road in a foreign country it's not easy to enjoy your holiday anymore. Besides continuously getting reminded by all the staff to speak German (as if that's their business), the hotel was quite run down, full of kitsch and so far off from any major city or point of interest. To be honest most youth hostels still look better than this place and at least the staff doesn't treat you like sh**. The food at the Buffet was mostly warmed-up frozen Schnitzel and Pasta and the "Cocktails" were premixed Fruit Juice with a shot of Vodka. I've visited Turkey a couple of times before but after this experience I think I got some Trauma. I hope my review at least prevents some other people from making the same mistake of going there and wasting their money.

The hotel lives up to its solid 4* rating. The staff is friendly, the food is excellent, the grounds are clean, and the grounds are green and well-maintained. The view from the restaurant terrace is stunning. And the beach...oh, the sea...!!!! The beach is just a 2-minute walk down an underground passage. We were very pleased with our stay.

A good hotel. The beach is nearby (200 meters), pebble and sand. There is a pier on the beach for diving enthusiasts. There are also paid services (parachutes, jet skis). Animation is held on the beach in the morning and until lunchtime. Archery, Boccia, volleyball in the afternoon. The hotel grounds are small, but cozy and green, there is a hammam. Good and tasty food. Darts and table tennis are available, they are free. Billiards at the reception ($ 6 per hour). In the evening, there is children's entertainment every day, although the same, but for adults they have a different program every day. During my two-week stay, the adult program was repeated only twice, which is very good. I stayed there from October 7 to October 21, 2021. The sea is warm, the air temperature is +28-30 during the day, about 20-22 in the morning. The staff speaks German and English. Russian is poor, but people learn quickly. Only the receptionists speak good Russian. But as experience shows, everyone understands sign language. I'd like to especially mention Emir, the entertainer! He's positive, responsible, and a true professional. The best of the best. This season, in my opinion, he's the best employee. There's an inexpensive grocery store (Migros) near the hotel. Overall, I'm happy with everything and recommend him. I give him a 5 out of 5 rating.

Club Titan Hotel Review
Club Titan Hotel in Kargicak, Turkey, offers a mixed experience. While there are several commendable aspects, some areas could definitely use improvement.
The hotel's cleanliness is a major plus, and it presents a pleasant and cozy atmosphere overall. We particularly enjoyed the lush green surroundings, which added to the relaxing vibe, and the very close proximity to the beach was incredibly convenient. The staff were consistently very nice and helpful, which significantly contributed to a positive experience. Our rooms, while of average standard, were quite spacious, offering ample room to move around. The food was moderately varied, providing enough options without being overly exciting.
However, a significant drawback was the prevalence of smoking throughout the hotel, especially by the pool. There were no designated smoking or non-smoking areas, and people smoked everywhere without much consideration for others. This made the hotel feel unfriendly for children in this regard. Another point of frustration was witnessing Turkish guests frequently being served out of turn. Finally, the lack of a drink menu was noticeable, with the barmen seemingly having complete discretion over what "drinks" they served.
Overall, Club Titan Hotel has its strengths, particularly its cleanliness, green surroundings, and excellent staff. However, the pervasive smoking and inconsistent service for all guests are areas that need addressing to enhance the overall guest experience.

I really enjoyed my vacation this year. I was there in early September. I already miss this place. Good location (you can see both the mountains and the sea).
Nice rooms. Delicious varied food. Everything you need is there.
Very polite and nice staff.
There is always some kind of entertainment program in the evening.
Very close to the beach.

Our trip lasted from 31.07.2024 to 10.08.2024 for 3 adults, an aunt, my partner and me. That's why we chose the family room. We arrived at the hotel at 5¹⁵ on the day of our arrival, August 1st. We thought that then we would have a chance to rest a little. The hotel receptionist filled out the check-in form with us and we headed to the room with my partner and my 73-year-old aunt. We went up the stairs to the second floor with the London dinner and when we saw the room we were faced with the fact that we had a room with a French bed and an extra bed. I immediately told the Londoner that this is not good because we booked a two-bedroom room. "We got a room, but not the one we paid for". We didn't go to bed in the room. I went down to the reception, while my partner and the 73-year-old aunt stayed in the room so that I wouldn't step on them. At the reception, the gentleman said that a standard room had been booked. I showed my contract that a family room was paid for. The receptionist said that there was nothing he could do because the management didn't arrive until 7⁰⁰ in the morning. Then I called the local tour guide and he said that he would be there at 10. Then he said on the phone and admitted that the hotel made a mistake because it was not the room type that we paid for empty. How is this possible? Then I went back to the room. We were only in the room for a few minutes. At 10 o'clock I met the local tour guide at the reception, who confirmed that, as I quote, "the hotel made a mistake". Then the reception informed us that our family room was ready. From this I conclude that they moved out of our room early in the morning and we were finally able to occupy it. The Londoner came with us and we took the suitcases to our finished room. They sold our room and we did not receive any compensation. Garbage gang...

overall an old hotel. rooms need repair. the sauna is a mess. musty smell. . you need to make a reservation, but no one is reporting it. you will hear it when you come. the gym is funny. old, rusty, unpleasant smell. the woman who works in those places is rude. speak only in russian. then i say that i dont understand russian, only english. she still talk in russian. they call her chef. you need to ask to turn on the light in the fitness center because you will be doing exercises in the dark =) the food is quite good and varied. they have a nice beach bar. one time hotel. not recomend.

The staff is really nice and is taking really good care of all their customers. Sadly it really stinks in the hotel, because most of the people smoke. All of our tshirts smelled like cigarettes after one wear of use. We had a room near the pool area and didn’t sleep well , since they played music til 1 am on full volume. What also annoyed us was one of their staff. For the children disco she needed 2 more people. After asking everyone and only receiving a clear ,,no“ she grabbed 2 people even tho they didn’t want to. This wasn’t the only incident with her. I’m not trying to be mean , cause she was really nice just like all the other staff members, but she just didn’t seem to care about a no. The food wasn’t the best either. There were only 4 or 5 meal options available and they often didn’t change. Most of the food didn’t even taste. Overall it was a good vacation and we would definitely come back , if the hotel would improve some things.
