I feel compelled to share this extremely disappointing and dangerous experience. A few days ago, I ordered a dish that contained mushrooms, and shortly after eating it, both I and others in my group began to feel very unwell. We later realized that the mushrooms had clearly been sitting for several days – they were spoiled, and we strongly suspect they were toxic. This led to symptoms of food poisoning, including severe nausea, stomach pain, and vomiting.
What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of support from the staff. When we informed them about our condition, they showed no urgency or concern. We were told to simply “wait until morning” and to call an ambulance ourselves if things got worse. That kind of attitude is not only unprofessional – it’s dangerous. It’s absolutely unacceptable to serve potentially poisonous food and then refuse to take responsibility when customers become seriously ill.
This was not just a bad dining experience – it was a serious health risk. I strongly advise others to avoid this place, especially if the staff continue to ignore basic food safety standards and show such a shocking lack of care for their customers’ well-being.

Hotel is really old, rooms are smells bad , stuff is fine , one reception girl turkish she is not really helpful, jim pool all smells bad and old , Alania city is good but hotel disappointed us

The worst hotel , be aware . Is not a 5 stars hotel , I was 5 days there , in 5 days nobody cleaned our room , I had an infection from the restaurant, they have the same food everyday , the food is really bad . The rooms and all the hotel are in really bad condition , I can give maximum 1 stars for this hotel … everywhere is bad, forget about nice cocktail or good drink , are all just a dream , the beach is also really bad and not clean … Only the staff is nice , they help you when you need something . THIS HOTEL IS 1 STAR ONLY

Didn't stay here ..we were 2 hotels away but the outside disco kept us awake every night it was on ..God knows what it is like in the hotel itself

You get what you pay for. When we arrived you could immediately tell the hotel was run down. Extremely basic which is fine and I'd be more than happy to except that. But the food is awful, ok salad selection but other than that it was full of cheap oily food options. Our hotel rooms where dirty and only 'cleaned' once in our 5 day stay. One our final day before we left they didn't even bother to change our beds or towels not even the bins. Such a shame as the location is beautiful and we defiantly made the most of the beach. Unfortunately I dont have 1 good things to say about the hotel overall.

Hotel isn't good as we thought. Hotel manager Ms. Senol is very helpful. If i would come here one more time reason will be only for helpful manager Senol. Thank you very much to Senol for his help.

This is not 5 stars declared by tour operators. This is minus 5 stars.
Cons:
- a very old hotel (all the furniture and plumbing is falling apart, it works somehow)
- the windows do not close tightly (all night you can hear the neighboring discos and the noise from the road)
- the Internet is paid
- there is a stinking smell in public places
- the service is zero
- terrible shops
There are no pluses.
1 star for the food. The food is normal.
Cons:
- a very old hotel (all the furniture and plumbing is falling apart, it works somehow)
- the windows do not close tightly (all night you can hear the neighboring discos and the noise from the road)
- the Internet is paid
- there is a stinking smell in public places
- the service is zero
- terrible shops
There are no pluses.

I choose this hotel because my friends already stay there. Reviews were pretty bad but the reality has surprisingly me! The hotel is not bad at all! Well they must do some small renovations in rooms and bathrooms but still all in passing condition. Just to fix here and there the bathrooms. My room was 1512 with sea and pool view. Really beautiful view from the balcony! Room is far from the hotel Disco so the noise was not too much disturbing and the disco isn’t every day. It also facing to the road so traffic noise exist. For me it was ok as this noise is everywhere. Rooms are comfortable and good condition. Dinning room and the food ok. Maybe it can be better but really nice and I like it. Also good for children(lots of families here).
And really really amazing staff in the hotel!!! Such a good service! Helpful and nice! Especially Murat and Hussein in the dining room and Nasgul at the reception! Always do efforts to make everything for me! Big big respect! My flight back was at midnight but they helped me to stay in hotel lounge zone to rest till the evening! Despite checkout was at 12am. Thank you guys!!! You are really save the hotel reputation! Hope your managers will read this post!
Also the beach near hotel is just amazing! 2 min walking from the hotel. The shop at the entrance of the hotel also nice and has good prices. It is not obviously for such touristic location! Wi-Fi is not free. It 2 euros per day and the signal is ok in rooms but can be weak in some area like the swimming pool. Well it in most hotels like this. In overall I will recommend this hotel. I have had good experiences here!
