I was little bit afraid of all the negative comments that I read. That´s true, the people usually write bad reviews and who is satisfied don´t report it so often. In my experience this is very good hotel in every way. Super nice rooms , cleaned every day, the mini-bar was restocked daily with water. We met friendly staff throughout the hotel, restaurant - plenty of food, tasty, very diverse, with a different themed evening every night.

The hotel room was comfortable, with a good bed and functioning air conditioner. However, loud music played until midnight every night, which made it hard to rest. The room was cleaned daily, but towels were sometimes not replaced unless we reminded the staff. The minibar was restocked only with water, and the glasses and coffee cups were often dirty or stained. The food was disappointing — cold, bland, and the bread was stale. I wouldn't recommend the coffee either; it tasted terrible. As for Denis Rent a Car, I strongly advise never using their service. It was one of the worst experiences of our entire trip. We rented a taxi for a round trip to Manavgat. When booking, they clearly told us that the driver would drop us off and later return to the same spot to pick us up — we just had to call 30 minutes in advance. The trip there went smoothly in a decent, air-conditioned car. But everything fell apart on the way back. Since we didn’t have mobile internet in Turkey, we called them and waited at a nearby café. We received a message over the café Wi-Fi saying the taxi would arrive in 30 minutes. After leaving the café, we no longer had internet access. The new driver, however, went to a different location and never even bothered to step out of the car or check for us. They tried to contact us only via WhatsApp and internet calls — knowing full well that we didn’t have access. No SMS, no proper phone call, nothing. We stood in the heat for a long time at the exact same place we were dropped off, confused and frustrated. After calling them again, they finally sent another car — this time an old, stuffy vehicle with no air conditioning, and we had to share the ride with another family. This was a total downgrade from what we paid for. And the worst part? Even after their mistake, they refused to give any kind of refund or even a small discount. No apology, no responsibility, nothing. Their customer service was absolutely terrible, and they treated us as if we were the problem. Denis Rent a Car completely ruined our day and left a very bad impression. I strongly recommend that no one use their services — it’s simply not worth the stress or the money.

However, the mini-bar was restocked daily only with water, even though upon arrival we had 1 or 1.5-liter bottles of Cola and Fanta. * **Food**: I can compare it to the 10 other resorts I’ve stayed at in Antalya. At Seaden Sea Planet, I found one of the best restaurants. Plenty of food, tasty, very diverse, with a different themed evening every night. I was very impressed with the food—and I repeat, I’ve been going to Antalya for 10 years, so I have solid comparisons. * **Coffee** is the weakest point. Poor quality coffee. The Lobby Bar served somewhat better coffee. * **Desserts**: extremely good. * **Pool**: large, clean water, although one day we found a lot of sand on the bottom, brought in by people coming from the beach who didn’t rinse off before entering. * **Slides**: very nice. There’s one pool with slides for small children and another one for older kids. * **Beach**: This is the biggest downside. The beach has sand mixed with small pebbles that are quite painful to walk on. The sea entrance is also full of pebbles, and the water quickly reaches a depth of 1–1.5 meters after walking just 2–3 meters in. If you have small children, you must stay close to them. During the 7-day stay, we didn’t have any waves, so we swam in the sea daily. There is also a large pier where you can sunbathe. * **Staff service**: very satisfied. The front desk staff spoke English. In the restaurant, all waiters were very friendly—probably in hopes of getting a tip. On the terrace, drinks were served at the table. Visited this hotel early May with my husband and 3 kids. It’s a very impressive hotel, lots of food available throughout most of the day and night, also food was very tasty and there was a great variety on offer. This is a 4 Star hotel for Turkey standards, can’t compare it with the Lara Beach hotels as those are mainly 5 Stars and they go above and beyond whereas this hotel did lack in certain areas. My main issues with this hotel is the staff, especially bar staff and waiters and waitresses, they come across very rude and most had some sort of attitude. Also just bear in mind if you use the on site photographer he will charge you 9 Euros per digital photo! Apart from that the hotel was very good. Our room was very clean and modern, food was great, there was a kids club and small park for the kids to enjoy and kids disco in the evenings. Access to the beach etc. We did enjoy our time here and for the price it was definitely worth it. We hope to visit again.

Beautiful hotel. We arrived very early hours and were given the most beautiful rooftop room it was huge 3492. Food was lovely always something to eat. Animation team were great fun and took us out a couple of nights. But Onat from the lobby bar made our holiday! Outstanding cocktails and couldn’t be anymore helpful and friendly thankyou for making our holiday Onat! We booked 2 trips with yavuz tufan which were amazing the big kral all inclusive pirate ship and white water rafting literally the best thing Iv ever done

Would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel the food selection is poor no taste just bland always the same food the midnight food is what leftovers from dinner just horrible. Dessert poor selection if the dessert are all eaten they wont put out more they just say sorry. Lobby you have to go and ask the bar for drinks even though there is waiters going around but if you ask them for drinks they get it wrong or takes them 30 minutes to bring it cups are dirty. The customer service is just horrible dont go to this hotel rather pay extra and stay somewhere nice this is not a 5 star hotel.

I am here now for 5 days and so fair service is horrible u have to go for ur own drinks and they don’t come to u also takes long for them to do the drinks they don’t know how to even do them properly , the cleaning lady dosent even clean the room properly only dose the bed. The food is the same as aways everyday and not a lot of options for kids it the same thing for them

I’m a traveller who reviews hotels for a job (solo) But I obviously have to go on holiday with my wife and 2 kids. We stayed for a week and there’s a reason I love turkey They have some of the best hotels!!! This hotel was amazing and was in such a beautiful area It was clean the food was good and there was good entertainment. I’ve been to many hotels on holiday with my family but this one’s up there with the best Well done to all the staff!!!

The rooms were spotles spacious and comfortable , breakfast, dinner is very delicious and various. The sea view of the rooms is very nice. It was safe and fun for the children and they were always happy. The employees were friendly, sweet and caring.
