A truly disappointing experience at this hotel. It has nothing to do with 5-star standards – realistically, it would hardly qualify as a 3-star property at best. The place mainly caters to guests aged 60+. The all-inclusive food is, at most, passable, with very few options. Live music goes on until midnight right under our balcony, making it impossible to rest. The hotel hasn’t been renovated in at least 10 years, and it’s unacceptable to charge €200 per night for such conditions. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel.

A disgraceful hotel, we came at night and they did not take the child. We were disgraced at 2 am. They did not warn the hotel site. They did not return the money.

Definitely do not go as a family or couple. like a boys' dormitory. Don't be fooled by hotel photos. There is no water ski-slide. Seems available in hotel promotion. They have rented out the bath and sauna and are asking for a fee. They said the sauna was constantly out of order during our stay. In addition, they rent out a snack bar on the beach and ask for a fee for you to use it. Never be mistaken, there are seaside photos in the hotel promotional photos and presentation. this doesn't exist. There is a two-lane arrival and departure boulevard between the hotel and the sea. It is not by the sea. They do not clean the rooms unless you request them. Even though I paid ultra all inclusive, they charge a fee to fill the mini bar in the room. My conversation with the hotel manager and owners about all these issues turned into a serious discussion. Shameless people just said go and complain wherever you want. I also reported my complaints to the necessary authorities, including TURSAB. I have nothing to say about sky skyner and trip.com, they really had serious benefits in terms of price. Normally I should have paid 23,800.00 TL for this hotel, but I paid 14,800.00 TL. But I believe that these sites do not know that this hotel is like this. I will continue to book from these sites.
