I would definitely come back! The room was cozy and always clean. The kitchen had a great variety of food to choose from. When you arrive, I highly recommend starting with a massage – it was amazing! The pools were lovely, with plenty of space to relax in the sun, and it’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The only downside was the Wi-Fi – the free internet didn’t really work, so it’s better to get your own. Other than that, everything was great!

I live in Alanya. I stayed at the hotel for the May holidays, wanting a change of scenery. The hotel is nice, comfortable with kids. The location is great; everything is within walking distance. You walk out of the hotel and find yourself in the center of Alanya. I was wondering which excursion to take and decided on a jeep tour. I booked the tour with Tyson Excursions. Everything was on time: they arrived, dropped me off, and dropped me off. I was incredibly pleased. Special thanks for the punctuality. I've traveled with Tyson several times and highly recommend them.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the reception team and to the girl named Mira — you truly made our stay better.

The food was excellent with a great variety every day — much better than I expected. I was also pleasantly surprised to find three swimming pools on the territory, as well as a gym, which was a big bonus for me.

I highly recommend this hotel, and I’m already planning to come back again!

I was living on the 7th floor, and dare I say I had the best view ever! I was so mesmerized in night by the lights of Alanya😍 The balcony was the great bonus! I want to mention the food here - it was always delicious and cooked with love ☺️ The crew was literally the best, everyone was so nice and friendly all the time! Also want to mention the reception guys, they were very lovely and met us with care! Also thanks to Mira as she was always ready to help and worried about how we were doing ) Such a lovely lady! ☺️
The pool zones were always clean and lovely to the eye, the whole area impressed me with this calm and peaceful atmosphere that allowed to relax 🧘🏽‍♀️Almost every evening there were show programs, which were fun and entertaining, especially I liked the Turkish night!
I would recommend this hotel for your visit to Alanya!

This was my first time in Turkey and I absolutely loved the experience with Big Blue Suite Hotel! The views from the room is majestic, especially in the night! The food was always fresh and tasty, the soft drinks was always available and cold, the alcohol bar fullfilled everything I needed 🙌 Especially I would to mention the crew, because everyone in this hotel was sweet and helped with everything! I recommend you to stay in Alanya and in this hotel 😉

We stayed at this hotel as a group – myself, my boyfriend, my sister with her husband, and their two-year-old child – and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The little one had activities and entertainment every single day, which made the stay so enjoyable for the whole family. The animation team did a wonderful job keeping the kids engaged and happy, while adults could also relax and enjoy their time. What impressed us the most was the staff – especially the waiters and the entire hotel team. They were always kind, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Their professionalism and warm attitude really stood out and made our stay extra special. We are all very satisfied with our holiday here and would highly recommend this hotel to families and groups looking for a fun, relaxing, and well-organized vacation.
