In winter, both the restaurant and reception area are cold. The air conditioning in the room kept us warm.
We booked a room with dinner included, and the hotel website said dinner was served until 9:30 PM.
However, when we arrived at 8:20 PM, dinner was already over. It turned out that the restaurant's hours are different in winter, and it's open until 8:00 PM.
It's a shame that trip.com doesn't list the restaurant's opening hours.
Our room on the 6th floor (the top floor) has been recently renovated, but there are ventilation units on the roof, making it very noisy to sleep. There's also noise from the road.
The breakfast was disappointing; there wasn't much food, and only boiled eggs were available. No pancakes or fritters. The only edible options were cereal and stewed vegetables.
On the plus side, the indoor pool was open in January, and my kids and I had a great time swimming there. The girl at the pool area was very nice and friendly.
It's fine for one night, but I wouldn't stay longer.

The service was very good.. The hotel workers were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious, also a lot of vegetables. The atmosphere was relaxed and nice.

I went with my wife and it was a better place than I expected, just the location seemed a little out of place for me, other than that it is definitely a place where you can stay with peace of mind.

The hotel is decent, common areas look a bit dated in style, but my room was big and very ok. Location is good, opposite the beach, but next to busy road. To me the beach there was lovely. ; I was disappointed most time in staff, they work at reception without any joy, you almost feel like you are troubling them that you came over, the same was with guy at the pool bar and next to indoor pool. Oh, you ask if he can open the locked door to the pool? He seems irritated he has to get up and open or even move because you troubled him. The food was good but do not expect too much selection. If you eat meat...there was 1-2 meal choices at dinner, not much if you are excited for your all inclusive. One night after dinner I had horrible food poisoning there and got very, very sick. I think I would have avoided it by going to a better hotel. So basically if it was not for food poisoning, I would just say it is decent but staff at the reception, pool bar, next to indoor pool really need to improve and act their job with some smile, better responding style. They where always just looking lazy and bothered you are causing them work or effort...or need to respond.

An excellent hotel with wonderful food, sea views and service staff. Maria, on reception, is the best I've ever encountered, either in Türkiye or any other hotel, where nothing is too much trouble for her.

We had a week holiday at sey beach. The hotel is suppose to be 4 star. There are facilities but unfortunately only sauna was open. Hotel was in restoration state, rooms were very dirty and the state was not good. After the feedback the hotel took care and tried to improve. If you’re vegetarian please go early for breakfast as everything finishes by 9:30. Beach is right across but not a sandy beach. If hotel puts some effort it can still restore.

The staff is very polite, all requests were fulfilled. The room itself was clean, everything as in the photo. Breakfast and dinner were delicious.

Excellent large rooms, a warm blanket out of season is a big plus, free internet in the rooms!!!
