This is a very good city hotel. The rooms and views are beautiful. You can swim right across from the hotel. Its location in the city is a big plus. It's a great option for those tired of the all-inclusive concept. Very good...

Location perfect, atmosphere too 👍😁, rooms are not big BUT very good furnished, lots of places to put ur things. Cleaning is ok, we loved it here will come back.

We stayed at this hotel for seven days, we arrived after 3am and was told we can upgrade fir an extra 4000 lira then was told there’s only only double bed in the room although I booked this holiday a while ago for me and my mum aside from that I should of changed my room after the first day as the shower drain ran very slow, the aircon was faulty our room was very warm compared to other room my sister stayed in.. there’s no pool at the hotel so if you are wanting to go the beach when you have checked out you have to ask to pay to use the shower at the spa. Breakfast is very basic not much for choice for food and tea and coffee.The shops and restaurants and supermarket are all within walking distance and the beach, you also pay for beach chairs between 4 or 5 euros depending on who h beach restaurant you go too. Overall we had a nice family holiday but would book at alternative hotel that has a pool so we can use showers once checked out following going to the beach

Absolutely stunning location great hotel staff very friendly rooms cleaned everyday fresh towels everyday bed sheets changed every three days but if you leave a sticker on your pillow the woman will change everyday up to you

Staff at the breakfast restaurant were nice, housekeeping were very nice, but they didn’t speak English. Horrible small from a bathroom, tiny little shower that is running out of hot water throughout the day. Front desk people are not friendly. Dirty bathrooms by the front desk area. Elevators are to small, only 2 people can fit with out luggage. Not a great experience

Very good...very good indeed. The hotel was right in the heart of the action and made us feel very welcome. Our hotel room was clean, adequate and the balcony had just enough room to allow us to sit and have a great view of both the Ahmet Tokus Boulevard and the sea. The hotel's most outstanding feature has to be the Nabucco Restaurant! The views overlooking Alanya Harbour are fantastic - you couldn't wish to breakfast (or have dinner!) anywhere else. A particular mention has to go to Bervian, Orkun and Katya who made us feel especially welcome. They are a credit to Buyuk Hotel. Our first time to Turkey and we I loved it. Thank you Buyuk Hotel...thank you. ❤️

Of the advantages:
1. Location. It is very convenient to get to the beach, there are many grocery stores and restaurants nearby.
2. Restaurants right in the building. On the first and fifth floors there are pleasant establishments, in one of which they invite you to breakfast, if it was included at check-in.
3. Cleaning. Every day a woman comes and cleans up all the dirt that could have swept from the balcony or us from the beach.
Of the cons:
1. INSECTS. During 7 days of staying at the hotel, we met 3 cockroaches and 2 beetles unknown to us. When we asked the hotel staff to change our room to another one, they refused and sent us a person who had to treat the room with disinfectants. But after that, the cockroaches and beetles did not disappear anywhere, there were even more of them. And the staff does not struggle with this in any way and does not pay attention to what the guests tell them. After such a vacation, we are afraid to bring cockroach larvae in our suitcases.
2. The room. The smell of sewage. The bathroom smells terrible of sewage and there is nothing to interrupt this smell. The door on the balcony is very difficult to close due to a malfunction of the mechanism. The balcony itself is very small, while it is unclear why to put large furniture on it, it is impossible to sit together. The ventilation is very dusty, so much so that its blades make noise due to pieces of dust. It will be difficult for people with allergies here. The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed and there is no blanket here, just a light blanket. No matter how hard you try to fix the situation by turning the air conditioner down/ up, or increasing the temperature multiple times, your back was blown out the first night anyway.

Location excellent and reception staff very helpful.
Breakfast upstairs great with beautiful views.
Rooms modern, clean, comfortable bed although room and bathroom very small. Nice balcony and plenty of storage space.
Great Cafe restaurant on site downstairs and upstairs.
We had lots of problems with trying to extend our booking from 3 to 5 nights. We confirmed weeks before our arrival the new dates only to find out 2 days before they suddenly had no availability. Communication was very poor and luckily with the help of a friend in Turkyie it was finally sorted but not after a lot of stress. It got to the point we were going to cancel altogether and book an airbnb.

We liked that the hotel was located in a nice place, close to everything and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good enough and being in the terrace gives a nice view (even though they didn't take good care of the plants). Most of rooms are very small with tiny bathrooms with shower cabine which don't close but with good showers though. The road is very busy the whole day and night and therefore extremely noisy, at least the rooms with see view. The elevators are a joke! Extremely small and suffocating.
Concluding, we didn't dislike the hotel but we wouldn't book there again.
