Dealing at the reception desk is good, but does not speak Arabic well

considering it's cheaper than the other hotels in that area, it's not bad at all if you want to get just a room to sleep at night. Easy access to a lot of things. One thing I really needed is the Iron for my clothes which they didn't have

Fabulous room with small balcony looking out to beach. Lovely staff who were friendly and helpful. Right across the road from the beach andcwe swam daily. Note: this hotel is not near the city centre so dining and shopping options are limited. However we caught the local bus in and out and were happy to stay spmewhere quiet and so close to the beach.

A comfortable, well appointed hotel - with friendly professional staff. My accommodation included 'half board' so breakfast and dinner was included. The food was great, very tasty, nicely presented and the portions generous (in fact maybe overly so). All in all, a great stay!

I didn't like that there was a strong smell of cigarettes and the room smelled strongly of cleaning spray, I slept with the window open. Good spa, friendly staff. But for that night that I paid for, I think maybe I would have preferred to stay somewhere else.

Mediocre hotel. Rooms are outdated and needs refurbishment. Basic breakfast. Only good thing is location situated in Lailele near to Sultanahmet. Tram and metro stations are very near which is the best thing.

Everything is great, clean, and cozy. Also, the most important thing is that the toilet and bathroom are very clean, and the towels are clean. I would also recommend adding a Tefal kettle for boiling water, tea, and sugar. Everything else is great.

The bed is spacious and comfortable. Compared to hotels in Japan, the cleaning is not perfect, but it's not a problem. There are many restaurants within walking distance, so it is convenient. If you're staying for sightseeing, I think other hotels would be better.

My flight arrived quite late, so by the time I reached the hotel it was almost midnight. However, I noticed the front desk staff even came out to the entrance, waiting. The staff were friendly and noticed when I was about to go out to buy water, so they gave me some for free. My stay was short, so I just stayed overnight and had breakfast, but the breakfast was delicious. It's close to Sultanahmet Station and the bus stop, and other tourist attractions, so it's easy to get to.

This is my best for the money. Stayed in room 411. Usually, I am very fussy, but here, I felt like home. Just professionals ! I wish all hotels would offer this much for that much money. It is not coincidence that there is "Turkish" in the hotel name. And these people love Turkey!
