As soon as we walked in, we were hit with an overwhelming smell of mold and wood rot coming from the furniture. I have asthma and was immediately triggered I’ve been coughing for days after staying here. We booked for 3 nights and couldn’t wait for them to end, but given the price we paid, we didn’t want to lose our money by leaving early.
The service was just as disappointing. Our room was never cleaned during our entire stay. When I requested fresh towels, I was actually given dirty ones, and when I returned them to reception, there wasn’t even an apology. The staff showed no care or shame in the way they handled guests.
The pictures online are completely misleading. The hotel itself feels like something left over from the 1980s stale, outdated, and neglected. For the price we paid, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We also asked to change rooms as our one was unbearable to stay in and they told us there was no availability even though we mentioned my asthma was being triggered, later on in the day we saw them selling rooms to new guests.
Just awful
To put things in perspective, we spent the same amount for 3 nights at another hotel just minutes away, and the difference was night and day clean, fresh, welcoming, and modern. This hotel simply cannot compare.
I do not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Maybe better if room was cleaned when we were out. Ok thanks to the staff for knocking when we were in the room.
Clean towels and bedding is a must each day . There is room for improvement with choices at breakfast with lack of hot drinks like tea and coffee. These little things make for a good start to the day.

On arrival the hotel room stunk of fish and something rotting, dead flies and hairs in the bed . We requested via love holidays to change our room and they said they would call the hotel and we would be moved first thing in the morning - we were never moved and spent a week in a room which stunk. We ordered food and brought it back to the room and the cleaner took the food/ threw it away? We were told after this we would receive a full refund for the food and complimentary late check out as an apology however we had to argue to receive our money back and were laughed at by the receptionists and hotel manager and called liars.
We found a rotten egg in the fridge in our room, screws hanging out of the headboard holes in the wall, wall paper hanging off the walls - overall a disgusting room and disgusting customer service from the hotel staff

I was recently at this hotel for a last minute turkey trip and this was such a beautiful place! The staff are all incredibly helpful and everytime I needed anything they would help with no hassle ! The hotel has its own beach access with sun beds and the food was incredible and the whole stay was absolutely amazing ! The location is so good aswell - close to beach and a vibey strip of restaurants and bars !

We visit this Beach daily when in marmaris. Now 3 holidays over 2 years. The Beach man Mahoney. an asset to the beach and Mahoney makes the beac clean and tidy daily all sunbeds set up with umbrellas ready to use . His service all day is perfect helps with menu issues and sees you have a good time . Fun funny lovely guy he makes this beach 🏖️ a great place to be nothing is too much for him the guests to the beach love him . Our beach visit is good with service by the staff who deliver drinks and food Mahoney orders for everyone. He’s 1 in a million he should get a pay rise Romance beach is popular due to this beach man. . Honest caring hard working . He watches your items are safe when you swimming. . As mentioned in many reviews the rooms are tired and require up dating the photos of hotel haven't been changed in years. All the staff are helpful but this place could be so much more, the breakfast is very Turkish and loads of it, down side no toaster in restaurant and paper cups for coffee and tea, we actually had to buy some from Migros the supermarket across the road.
Plus side is location right on the beach the water park is right next door and our room looked right over it, even though was busy it was ok, but can't imagine what it like in summer season.
Towels and sheets changed regular, rooms standard and worn out.
But on whole a lovely holiday made by the fantastic weather and the hundreds of places you can eat in Marmaris.

Absolutely amazing hotel staff very helpful On top off beach which is your own private beach rooms and views out off this world. Pool stunning little pimer shop really cheap opposite. Can't wait to go back . Waiting for 2025 dates to go on website so we can book
