It was noticeable that hotel guests without the all-inclusive option are treated much better, which was quite unpleasant. My daughter and I have just returned from a week at the fabulous hotel. Our room was cleaned every day , our beach view was well worth the little bit extra money for sure. What a wonderful holiday we had at this small but lovely hotel. The location was perfect, close enough to walk to bars etc but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. The beach is the cleanest on the seafront, and there is always a sunbed and a warm welcome from the beach team, especially Fernando. My wife and I recently spent our honeymoon here at this hotel. We had a member of staff helped us with our suitcases as soon as we arrived at the hotel. WiFi was provided the whole time we were there and was a life saver as the data charges with my network provider costs a fortune. Onur was very helpful, he answered what questions we asked. We ask extra water , towel and pillow , he was very generous. There is no parking problem everything was accessible. the place was very clean and the food was very delicious. For sure when we come back we will stay again.

We booked this hotel last min, everything was good until we entered our room a very strong smell of cigarette was in the room it was clearly a smoking room which we never asked for it! There was no shampoo at all just body wash! Lastly we asked for late check out and they offered us 2pm, but the cleaner came and knock since 12:30pm which was pretty annoying. We stayed at Grand Unal Hotel last year in April. I booked well in advance for the room and paid up front. I constantly got messages if i was still coming. The metro ride to the new Istanbul Airport (IST) took two hours, while the metro ride from the old airport took one hour (keep this in mind when planning your trip).

I stayed at The Kervansaray Bursa hotel for two nights and it is hardly “something to write home about”. The hotel is located in a center area of Bursa, offering basic facilities with decent but unpleasantly decorated rooms. The meals are good. It is by no means a four stars hotel.

There's really not much comment worthy about this hotel. It was pretty non-descript and was a let down after other Turkish hotels. We were on an Insight tour when we stayed here and our guide assured us this was one of the very best hotels in Bursa. It did have a pool fed by underground hot springs. Everything was great overall — the breakfast was delicious and we really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that the shower mixer didn’t work well, and there was a bit of mold in the shower. Otherwise, everything else was excellent

The staff at the front desk and the staff were all very nice and explained the room to me in detail. I didn't have any problems with the shower or anything. There was only one roll of toilet paper, so it would have been nice if they had provided another.

The hotel has its own cafe, so you can get what you need without having to look for a market or restaurant. The rooms are small but reasonable for the price. The staff are very helpful, and we didn't experience any problems with noise.

Nice hotel with good breakfast This is a nice and clean hotel with a good buffet breakfast with good choice of breads and cheeses, as well as honey comb! I booked 2 rooms and my family (with 3 kids) enjoyed their stay. As a bonus, the hotel is close to the restaurants and bars by the beach. Some of the restaurants serve food until 23:30 which is good for those who arrive late.

Nice view. The location is far from the urban area, but the city itself is not big, and it takes only 20 minutes to take a taxi to the airport. The service is very poor, there is no waiter to carry luggage

The hotel needs to do something to fix the air conditioning limitations. There is a centrally controlled air conditioning system and this is occasionally switched off overnight. If it can be left on, atleast guests have the choice to either turn their room air conditioning on or off. The view is good, not far from the beach, all is great, except the bathroom is old, the sink water goes everywhere so you have to be careful when open it.

My only complaint is there were clicking noises all night that were probably coming from elevator, and the bathroom was EXTREMELY TIGHT!! It felt like they managed to fit a shower, sink and toilet into a space that felt like it was about 5feet × 5 feet.

We arrived in the early morning, the view with mountain is lovely. The receptionist was so warm to offer us breakfast and store our luggage. It’s only takes 10 minutes to the beach, a lots of cafe and restaurant along the street.

Me and my friend were travelling in the area, and we chose to stay in this hotel because it had good reviews and strategic position. The rooms are very cleaned, the hotel service is very effective and the structure it's very nice. Unfortunately we came during COVID-19 time, so we couldn't use the thermal bath, but overall it was a great experience.
