It is a more hygienic and friendly business than the 5-star hotels I went to with my friends. Its restaurant facing the sea gives an incredible pleasure. We booked this hotel last min, everything was good until we entered our room a very strong smell of cigarette was in the room it was clearly a smoking room which we never asked for it! There was no shampoo at all just body wash! Lastly we asked for late check out and they offered us 2pm, but the cleaner came and knock since 12:30pm which was pretty annoying. The metro ride to the new Istanbul Airport (IST) took two hours, while the metro ride from the old airport took one hour (keep this in mind when planning your trip).

I stayed at The Kervansaray Bursa hotel for two nights and it is hardly “something to write home about”. The hotel is located in a center area of Bursa, offering basic facilities with decent but unpleasantly decorated rooms. The meals are good. It is by no means a four stars hotel.

There's really not much comment worthy about this hotel. It was pretty non-descript and was a let down after other Turkish hotels. We were on an Insight tour when we stayed here and our guide assured us this was one of the very best hotels in Bursa. It did have a pool fed by underground hot springs. Hotel is in a great location, with a swimming pool, bassed on All Inclusive. It was the last weekend before, the end of season and the hotel will close for winter, so all staff were on a wind down. This hotel is a clean, well run place and is value for money. We stayed for a week ( all inclusive) The catering is more for Eastern European tastes but there was always something provided we liked. Fantastic spa experience ! Thank you so much ! Only open until 8pm. Secure locker. Smaller with only 4 single massage rooms but excellent value for money for sauna, bath, facial, relax & tea, 30 min massage. Being round the corner from my hotel meant didn’t have to wait for a lengthy transfer as you do for the bigger spas. Highly recommend.

Everything was great overall — the breakfast was delicious and we really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that the shower mixer didn’t work well, and there was a bit of mold in the shower. Otherwise, everything else was excellent

The staff at the front desk and the staff were all very nice and explained the room to me in detail. I didn't have any problems with the shower or anything. There was only one roll of toilet paper, so it would have been nice if they had provided another.

The hotel has its own cafe, so you can get what you need without having to look for a market or restaurant. The rooms are small but reasonable for the price. The staff are very helpful, and we didn't experience any problems with noise.

Everything was a 10/10, from the friendliness of the hotel staff to the cleanliness of the rooms.

Well situated, 5 mins walk to 2 metro stations. For a large inner city hotel, the staff were unusualy welcoming, and helpful. Nice comfortable room, super clean.

Small hotel with garden, beautiful patio, al fresco dining (indoor dining also available), bar under the grapevines... so there is a bit of a ‘garden’ feel to it. Be sure to bring something to protect you against the mosquitoes! Rooms with air conditioning, electronic safe included (can hold a laptop), but no/barely any hot water in the morning! Overall I had a really lovely stay here at Natur garden. The food options were great, breakfast and lunch were better than dinner but that didn’t bother me much. Loved our first trip to Türkiye. The staff at Natur Garden were amazing. They never stopped. Garden & pool were lovely, plenty of loungers. Food was plentiful, breads, salads, fruits, hot dishes, fresh from the grill, puddings etc. Local spirits & beer. Spacious room, nice bathroom, fantastic balcony overlooking the pool. Lovely clean hotel, beautiful pool and wonderful gardens. Plenty of space to sit around pool, always sun loungers free. Staff are friendly. Entertainment coordinator, Aceyla, is the best and really goes above and beyond to find things to do that you will really enjoy.

i have very good memories of the hotel staff. i would particularly like to thank the bar staff, who were very welcoming and smiling from the beginning to the end of the stay. i would also especially like to thank the bartender Yussuf, who was very professional with us. the welcome they gave us was just flawless.

We have stayed at this Hotel 1 night and Rooms are clean and comfortable but air conditioning was terrible with NO cooling but discomfort noise. I complained to reception but did not apologise as if she new there was are problems Breakfast was ok .

A very causey place with nice receptionist who did help us alot(can't remember her name. Close to a big shopping mall with good restaurants. We came early in the morning; but we got access to our room immediately.

Hotel cleanliness, location, breakfast variety and ***et are at a sufficient level. However, the night receptionist is mediocre, nothing is asked, he just brushes it off, does not help. He did not provide what was written on the reservation.

Daphne Hotel is located on the edge of Ankara, with good traffic and no traffic jams. There are large supermarkets and some delicious food nearby. The hotel also provides breakfast. It is convenient to leave Ankara the next day if you only stay for one night!
