Parking is available, but the lack of direct access from the parking lot to the hotel was a bit annoying, so we didn't even use it. The room was quite small for three people, and the tables and everything were very dusty. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We’re absolutely delighted by the service we have received on our stay, especially from a receptionist who’s name I didn’t get but he went above and beyond for us, took us places and showed us every aspect of the area we were staying in and he even took us to the airport when our transfer company stood us up. Booked a room here for family and they enjoyed their stay. Walking distance to attractions such as Galata bridge, Hagia Sophia and Grand Bazaar. Walking up the road to the hotel after a whole day walking was a little hard for the kid, but playing with the cats in front of the hotel made up for it. Breakfast options were minimal for them.
