The hotel is praised for its excellent location with direct beach access and sea views from balconies. Some guests highlight the friendly and attentive staff members like the restaurant manager Dövlet Bey and bartender Berat Abi. The food quality is considered good by some, with daily room cleaning appreciated. The beach bar is noted for fair exchange rates and good energy. Free bike rentals and facilities such as a Turkish bath and sauna add value. Several guests report rude and intrusive staff behavior, especially toward visitors not staying at the hotel. Rooms in the Park building have cleanliness issues, including dirty floors, malfunctioning air conditioning, and broken or missing appliances like fridges. The hotel’s internet is free only in the lobby; Wi-Fi in rooms requires payment. The private beach is small, narrow, and covered with large stones, making it uncomfortable for sunbathing and swimming. Food is often served cold, with limited variety and quality complaints, and some describe the dining area hygiene as poor. Security concerns were raised, including reports of theft and insufficient reception oversight. The hotel does not accept children or pets, limiting family travel options.

Description

Valeri Beach Hotel - All Inclusive is a three-star hotel built in 1999 and renovated in 2012, located directly on the first seafront line in Kemer. The hotel consists of a main 4-story building and a separate 3-story Park building 150 meters away, where Economy rooms are located. It offers 73 rooms in total, including Economy and Standard Double rooms. The hotel features a private pebble beach 40 meters long with free sunbeds, umbrellas, and mattresses, with towels available for a deposit. Kids have access to an outdoor pool, playground, and children's chairs in the restaurant. Wellness options include a Turkish bath, sauna, and paid massage and jacuzzi services. Guests can expect free Wi-Fi in the lobby area and free parking on-site. Note that the hotel does not accept children as guests and does not allow pets.

Location

Valeri Beach Hotel is situated in the center of Kemer, Turkey, at Deniz Cd. 9/1, approximately 39 km from Antalya Airport (AYT). The hotel is directly on the seafront, with its own pebble beach 40 meters long just steps from the premises. Nearby dining options include the highly rated Restaurant «Kokoreçci Hilmi KEMER/Hilmi Otel» 123 meters away and Reborn Beach Club-Restaurant-Spa only 28 meters from the hotel. Moonlight Beach and Park is about 1.2 km from the hotel, offering additional beach space beyond the hotel’s private area. The hotel’s central location means guests can easily explore Kemer’s town center and local attractions.

I visited this hotel yesterday evening with my wife to meet some friends. I stayed in the lobby while my wife went to the restroom. The staff approached me in an extremely rude manner, and when they saw my All Inclusive wristband from another hotel, the whole situation escalated. They started demanding personal information like where I’m from, who I came to see, room number, and last name. When I politely refused to provide such details, I was asked to leave the hotel immediately. I only entered the lobby and did not go into any restaurants or other facilities. I am a guest of another hotel, and this kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel.

We visited this hotel yesterday evening to meet some friends we had met earlier in the day. We only entered the lobby briefly to wait for them before going out together. I went to the restroom, which was very dirty and unpleasant. While my husband waited in the lobby, the staff approached him in a very rude and intrusive way. When they saw his All Inclusive wristband from another hotel, the situation escalated, and they demanded personal information like where he’s from, who he came to see, room number, and last name. Their behavior was completely unprofessional, and they even forced my husband to leave the lobby. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

The review refers to their bar on the beach. I stopped by for lunch last year and this year as well. I must emphasize that it is the only place besides another restaurant in the centre, where they did not try to cheat me on exchange rate. Decent people and good energy.

I was very pleased! The hotel is in the center of Kemer. The exit to the sea is 50 meters. They clean the rooms every day. Friendly staff. Very sweet and clean food! Special thanks to the restaurant manager Dövlet Bey and the bartender Berat Abi!

The staff stole my husband's watch from the room! We couldn't find it in the room. We came home and checked everything and the watch was not there. The door was always locked therefore we know it was someone from the staff. We were for 6 days in October 2024. We had a room on the 2nd floor in the other building few minutes walking from the hot. There are cameras everywhere in the hotel so the staff knew when we were in the room and when we left. There was no reception, anyone could enter at any time. The air conditioning in the room did not work, the fridge did not work (you could not even close it), the floor was so dirty that there was hair and sand on it. In the end they changed the room, but we had to threaten the staff that we wanted them to give us our money back for the stay and we would report it to the company that sold us the trip. The staff treated us with indifference from the start and repeated that when the manager came to work they would help us, which was in 2 days!In the other room, the floor was just as dirty. We cleaned it ourselves with wet wipes. Other things on the room was clean. In the new room the air conditioning worked but the fridge was not there at all. When we arrived on Saturday evening on the first day there was an elderly man working at the reception ( his other replacement was a young man called Burak and Burak was ok). This man firstly did not give us change for the internet charge but ok I know there everyone wants to get a tip. He then took my suitcase and helped carry it 2 streets away to the other building for which he also got a tip and said to my husband that he liked Polish cigarettes and wanted my husband to give him a whole pack. Not 1 cigarette, the whole pack! The food in the hotel was sometimes very good and sometimes we ate nothing but cake because there were dishes like stomachs of chicken, the chicken was cut whole with bones and skin but apparently in Turkey they eat like that. Very often fish. For breakfast, there were often scrambled eggs with sausages in them which were impossible to eat. We were the only Poles in the hotel, the rest were mainly Russians but this is not a problem for us. The guests behaved calmly and were mainly elderly people, so at 9 p.m. most of them practically left the tables by the pool. No one has ever bathed in the pool. Maybe it's a good thing too, because it would have smelled so badly of water disinfectants ( chlorine) when we ate. We did not go to the hotel beach because it was made of large stones and was tiny and narrow. In the morning there was already no sunbed not occupied by another hotel guest. We didn't pay much for the hotel and we didn't expect anything luxurious but it was so hot that it would have been impossible to stand in the room without a working air conditioning machine. The crockery and glasses were often dirty and I don't blame the staff because there were so few dishes that the staff did everything they could to get them off the tables as quickly as possible and take them to the dishwasher because otherwise the guests wouldn't have a place to eat. You could see that there simply weren't enough dishes. In the evenings 2 men would come for dinner in an expensive Porsche car. It looked like it was probably the boss. It was sad to see that the boss could afford a Porsche but not to buy 50 glasses and plates. If you don't speak Russian there is little you can do with the staff at the hotel without using the translator on your phone. At meals we were often served by Mr Safian/Shafran. Very friendly to everyone without exception. Juices are water with fruit flavoured powder ( some people like that) so they were not bad at all. Beer and vodka were good. Coffee from the coffee machine didn't seem to have caffeine and certainly didn't taste like coffee. The hotel has its good features but unfortunately incidents such as a stolen watch for us already completely disqualify the hotel and I would advise anyone against staying there. Kemer is a very good place for a holiday but not in this hotel.

I have been a customer of this hotel for years. It is a hotel that provides quality service, has an excellent location and is one of the most popular places in Kemer. I recommend it. Its staff is very attentive and I am very pleased with it. Note: Do not pay attention to comments that do not reflect the truth, do not take them into consideration.

The only plus of this hotel is that it is right next to the beach and if you want peace, it is a good choice because there is no entertainment at the hotel. Minuses - very dirty rooms (doors are smeared, towels are brought with stains), water from the tap is not drinkable, but no one reports about it, water is leaking from the air conditioners, but no one is going to fix them. It is also very dirty in the hotel itself (the floor is dirty, the dishes are washed with water, full of dirt, the tables in the dining room are "wiped" only for the sake of the view). To have internet (Wifi) you have to pay. The staff is friendly until you complain about something. The choice of food is sufficient, but it is usually cold. The amount of sunbeds on the beach is very limited, so you always have to "fight" for them. The bar closes at 9 p.m., and the all-inclusive package includes only a few drinks - beer, white and red wine, vodka and gin. You have to pay for other drinks yourself. The hotel was disappointing, as were most of the staff working there.

The hotel is in a great location. Staff unprofessional, as if they were picked up off the street. Bathrooms are old, in need of renovation, towels torn with old stains.Priority is given to guests from Russia, so they only speak Russian, and just little English. With this kind of staff, I would never stay in this hotel again.
