We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was comfortable and clean, and after our room change we really enjoyed the extra comfort. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, and the location is great for walking along the beach promenade.
What made our holiday special were a few exceptional members of the staff who truly stood out.
A special thank you to Musa (Manager) for his professionalism and kindness. We also greatly appreciated the help of Cemil at the reception, who was always friendly and helpful.
We would also like to thank Oğuzhan and Zeynep from the restaurant. Their warm attitude and excellent service made every meal much more enjoyable.
Finally, a heartfelt thank you to the housekeeper on the 6th floor. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to learn her name, but she did an outstanding job every day and always greeted us with a smile. We are very grateful for her hard work.
These people truly made a positive difference to our holiday. We wish them all the very best!

This hotel is truly amazing starting with the accommodation ending on the whole hotel crew. Everyone here is so nice and friendly we feel here like home. Lot of attractions that you can’t be bored. Amazing food amazing drinks. Amazing girls who take care of you all the time! Big shout out for Fatima and Bibe and our amazing DJ Big Bob! Truly amazing experience and I deeply reccomand ♥️

Side Zeugma Hotel met all of our expectations and gave us an amazing vacation that we’ll always remember!

We stayed in a room with access to a private pool shared by only five other rooms. It was a wonderful feature that gave us peaceful moments in the water and on our small terrace. The room was spacious, clean, and had plenty of storage for all our belongings throughout our stay. The bathroom was also beautiful, with a large walk in shower.

We had a small issue with the air conditioning on our first day, but the reception staff were incredibly helpful and had everything working properly by the end of the day.

That brings me to the highlight of the hotel: the people. Yes, it’s a cliché, but in the end, it’s the people who make a hotel either great or disappointing. And let me tell you, the team at Side Zeugma is exceptional. Everyone was kind, polite, helpful, and always smiling. They spoke several languages and made every guest feel welcome, even in 48°C heat. You guys are heroes!

The food and drinks were excellent as well. We loved having the chance to try traditional Turkish cuisine, while also having familiar options like pasta whenever we felt like it.

But our stay wasn’t just about great food and relaxing by the pool. We also had so much fun! A big thank you to the amazing animation team, led by Bob, for the unforgettable evenings filled with music, dancing, performances, and laughter.

And a HUGE thank you to Fati Zara and Hiba! You two are absolute stars. I would happily join your aqua aerobics class any day, any time. Keep being the best “catastrophes” on the Turkish coast! ❤️

We stayed at the Side Zeugma for a week and it was the best week of our lives. From the hotel staff to the exceptional entertainment team. Bob, Fati and Hiba were outstanding ,constantly making
us laugh and ensuring we had a great holiday. I cannot fault them at all. Would 100% recommend people to stay here and take part in all the entertainment. We took part in the daytime activities such as aqua aerobics, darts and ping pong, and then karaoke, dancing, bingo in the evening. 10/10 Hotel and 10/10 Entertainment The rooms were very comfortable and clean, cleaners were very polite ensuring everything was up to the best standard. The food available for the guests was a great variety for all ages, plenty of fresh fruit which was very refreshing in the Turkish heat, the chef even made us a special dessert which wasn't available that day so they all go the extra mile. We are here on holiday in September. Wonderful hotel. It was one of the best holidays. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, from stylish rooms to a chic restaurant. I would especially like to note the impeccable service and friendly staff. Special thanks to Erol, he is an excellent worker, always ready to help, friendly and pays attention to each guest. We will definitely come back and recommend your hotel to friends!

I really love this hotel, it’s the best. Everything is excellent, especially the SPA. I can not stress that enough… really unexpectedly good experience. I took 5 massages there, it was like a lymphatic drainage massage and guys I kid you not all the water from my body is gone. I have been to several spa treatments and this one is one of the best. The woman doing it is Gulmira, you should definitely visit her! Thanks a lot guys, I will definitely come back again!

I would like to thank the hotel staff for a wonderful vacation in July this year. The Zeugma Resort &Spa is the BEST hotels in Side! We will definitely come back. Highly recommended! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and very helpful. The food is a great mix of European and Turkish cuisine, so there's something for everyone. Beach is 5 min walk from the hotel,sunbeds and towels provided. We really enjoyed the night shows, pampered ourselves at the beauty salon, and had a great time on the excursions. Thank You Side Zeugma for a truly relaxing and fun experience!
