Our five-day stay in Istanbul was wonderful. My son uses a wheelchair, but thanks to the support of the hotel staff, we were able to spend our time comfortably. Thank you very much. Katre has been totally refurbished since last year. We were lucky enough to be the people staying there. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable. The food was absolutely amazing. Most iof all the staff were the best and couldn't do enough for us. Can't wait to go back next year x

First thing of note is the hotel is more modern than the pictures make it seem. So don't let that put you off from staying at this hotel. The best thing about this hotel is it's location. With it only being a few minute walk to the beach. While I was on the lower floors there is a good view of the coast from the uppers ones. Excellent value for money, clean, tidy, great and friendly staff and the location is great being very close to the beach and the city centre. The food is first class in both quality and choice. I do agree with other reviews that the pool area is somewhat limited regarding sunshine but like I say, great value for money.

Rooms on one side with air conditioners not allowing normal rest, dark room that you have to have the light on all day. At every step commercialism has gone to the point that you have to pay 1 euro for each glass of water for tea. Good location, food too.

Rested in 2014. It was the first holiday in Turkey and delight knew no bounds. Cleaned up very clean. The guys tried, cleaned, smiled, and most importantly created a warm atmosphere. There is a cafe nearby where people relax all night and sing songs loudly, making it impossible to sleep. The maid is simply making the bed. stones and sand in the room are removed only after you leave the room.
