This is the first time I've been to such a disgraceful hotel. I think the people commenting here are just doing it amongst themselves. They're making food that would leave you hungry for your money. They had these dishes almost every day: beans, chickpeas, fresh beans, pita bread, and turkey. Neither the kids nor we could eat properly, so we had to try to fill our stomachs with cold appetizers. There's supposed to be a tea and cookie time, but we didn't see it. It was over in five minutes because of the crowd. The staff were talking amongst themselves about the customers, which was very unpleasant. The room was clean, but you can barely find tea during the day, and the machine is always empty, and it's never replaced. They've reserved a single pool chair for patrons. There are already four, so one is reserved for patrons. You go to the beach and even get water on the sun loungers that come from outside. It's a shame to come here. I'm surprised by the well-reviewed reviews.

We went to the hotel in July 2024 with Jolly Tur with an early reservation. We were given a disabled room. The bathroom and toilet in the room were different. We objected to the lady at the reception, but unfortunately we got the answer that our rooms were full and they didn't have any other rooms. Of course, this hotel had done this to us 3 years ago. At that time, they had given us a standard room for which we paid the price of a superior room. We objected then too, and after some time, we finally found a room. The lady at the reception, instead of resolving the issue, just said "I'm not talking to you anymore" and the manager came. As a result of our objections, another room was arranged with a 1.5 hour delay. The manager was also sullen. Both of them's solution-oriented and unfriendly approaches managed to alienate us from the hotel. The manager even said something like "We would have changed it, why are you still not satisfied". Only the business manager was respectful and friendly. In the end, we do not recommend this hotel, its hygiene is very poor.
