Wonderful
The location of the hotel is quite nice, it has a beach with its own sun loungers in front, there is a pool, the apartment is quite large and useful, everything you may need is available, it was very clean, we were very pleased as a family, I recommend it to everyone, I especially thank the friends at the reception, they took our transactions without making us wait and directed us to our...
Sunset is a lovely place to stay - quite quiet even in peak season with plenty of pools to ensure you always get a spot. The mini shop on site is well stocked so you can just chill out
There is no cleaning service and no beach towels. The beach is nice but make sure you bring special shoes because it is all pebbles. The beach chairs have seen better days
I strongly recommend Costa Restaurant which was a block away from the hotel. Even though the property was not what we saw in the pictures we managed to have a good time. You definitely need a car to stay in this resort
Calis promenade is also lovely, with plenty of bars and restaurants and the stroll down there at sunset is wonderful. The walk from the Sunset Beach club though really needs improvement
The location of the hotel is good because it is right on the beach. However you need a car to get to downtown Fethiye and the marina. There are very few restaurants in the area
Firstly it’s very much a family hotel ! Only stayed for the one day in between boat holidays ending at 9am and airport transfer wasn’t until 10pm ! Took a chance and walked up from Fethiye marina and managed to book a room straight away without having to wait until the normal 2pm check in nice basic clean room plenty of towels & little patio overlooking pool where there was plenty of table chairs ...
Well, it's a tourist spot near Fethiye, so it's not far to walk, but everything else is good except the location. The price is reasonable, the room size is reasonable, and there's a swimming pool.
Water bottles not provided but we can buy it from the supermarket nearby. Room cleaning was only on request. Apart from that, the rooms were clean, the washroom tiny but it was ok for two of us
The breakfast was terrible, with poor bread and pork brisket. The owner seems to be cutting costs quite a bit. The value for money is very low, and I wouldn't recommend staying here
Food is decent, it’s the same everyday but it’s okay because there’s an amazing restaurant right next to it. There are no elevator so have to use the stairs
Travelling becomes easy when staying here because the mini buses (main mode of transportation in Fethiye) has a bus stop right infront of the hotel
I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future
I was so looking forward to staying at this boutique hotel which is situated right next the Marina. I stayed many years ago and had given it a 10/10, but unfortunately it’s become very run down and in need of restoration
I’d stayed at this hotel previously. It’s a perfect location for me - close to the port, but right in the middle of the an area for shops and restaurants right out your door. The service is efficient and friendly
Great location just inside Old Town and across road from port marina where you can walk and choose your boat trip. Small rooms without any real good view, but with a small balcony and some mountain hillside view
Breakfast was excellent!
The air conditioning unit was a bit peculiar and didn't feel very fresh; it would turn off whenever the bathroom light was switched off. Despite this, we were able to sleep comfortably
Can't get any better location wise, and since Fethiye is about outdoor adventures and exploring Old Town shopping & eating you don't spend much time in your room so small & clean room is very acceptable
When you take a beachfront room you wake up and take breakfast with this view. But other rooms are also fine. The airco is a welcome addition to the room
Peaceful place, varied good food and good location.
TV with international channels but just used once because you have to much activities around around the city. A must to-do are the yachting tours
Good beach bar and other things to see out on the waterfront and beach area. First time here so looking forward to another visit soon out there.
We have been to Turkey many times and come to except theirs breakfasts , but this is exceptional compared to other places that's down to the lovely lady ," Tuilley " nothing is too much trouble ,, Omelettes, fried eggs , poached eggs , and any other request 😘 xx I would have no problems about staying here again !! Thank you
Arrived at Rosary Beach on 3rd June 2019 , and I must admit I was surprised after some of the rather dubious reviews ( 😂😂 ) typical moaners I expect !!! The room was small but spotless and cleaners came in everyday ,, Ideal location central for all bars and restaurants , shops , Water Taxi etc
Cross the road and you are in the centre of Calis Beach promenade and the beach. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. There’s a bar and a free pool table
The staff are very helpful and the pool and bar are cosy. This is a family run business with the owner out and about doing odd jobs. It's a great budget option and very close to the beach
My Favorit Hotel in Calis - not big But very friendly stuff, nice Pool and good food (turkisch food with Lots of vegetables) not far to the beach and dolmus cars
The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. There is plenty of storage space and a small fridge and colour TV. They offer a good breakfast included in the price and will cook you food during the day if you ask them
It’s a budget hotel, so you need to have realistic expectations but the location, cleanliness, and service make it a banger for price/quality
Names I remember of the staff back the were Memhet who was a waiter and Gino who was the barman. Remember this was 20 years ago
I was surprised and very happy to find the pool still open even though I visited late in the season when many places had closed for the year. Easy access to a multitude of great restaurants and cafes
My room was very modest but comfortable and ample space for 1 person. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially my new friend Enes
There is something truly magical about Turkish hospitality and I was overwhealmed with kindness from everyone who works there
Primo waterfront location
location, spectacular spot for sunsets and so wonderful to fall asleep to the sound of the sea
Great breakfast buffet, very good location. Clean rooms and a pretty big, clean pool. Great value for the decent price.
I was so pleased with this adorable botique hotel on the promenade at Calis beach
This is a really wonderful hotel. Çalis is a bit of a suburb (dominated by English retirees), so if you're looking for somewhere with more choice of restaurants etc, go down the road to Fethiye itself
And the breakfast buffet is gorgeous and delicious. Honestly can't fault the hotel experience - it's very clean, the pool is a delight, it's quiet and is for guests over 12+
The hotel is around 40 mins away from the international airport. The location of the hotel is perfect, clean pool and no issue with getting the sunbeds and towels
The hotel is basic but spotless, the pool is lovely and peaceful, the hotel is situated right on the front of calis beach, which is an amazing setting
Daily great breakfasts, laundry service same day, nice pool, little balconies
Large swimming pool, comfortable room, nice view from the top floor
Breakfast is quite basic, poor coffee selection, WiFi is unstable
The beach and swimming pool are both fantastic,
The on-site restaurant is another highlight for delicious seafood dishes and others. We will definitely return with more family members and friends
We spent two nights here, the location is absolutely perfect, there is a large selection of restaurants, bars and massages nearby, and it is right on the beach. The hotel also has a beautiful pool where we relaxed
Hotel Rooms: Basic but just what you need. Great view of the pool/sea/restaurants. Good air-conditioning and decent beds
Sherif welcomed us with such warmth and genuine hospitality that we instantly felt at home. The hotel's location is excellent, close to everything you need with plenty of parking available
The beach is clean, not crowded, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. You can also order cocktails to the beach by pressing the button attached to the umbrella
There is also a pool in the hotel, but unfortunately it closes at 18. 00 because the pool area is used as a restaurant space for tables. And it opens rather late, at 10, so the pool opening hours are not very pleasant
The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff was extremely nice and understood english as well (certainly a rarity if you're visiting Turkey) and the view on the beachfront was breathtaking! It is only a 30 second walk from the beach, and let me come to the best part, THEIR BREAKFAST BUFFET! MY GOD! It is definitely to die for
The variety is unbelievable, the taste is unforgettable and there is live cooking as well which makes it all the more worthwhile!
Considering izmir city and its circumstances, I'd definitely suggest Hotel Berlin as your go to place!
The breakfast there is great, there was something different everyday, like vegetables, fruits, cheese, olives, sausages, bread, sweets, they also make omelette, but you have to remind the lady to make it because she forgets you asked
Hotel management and staff are excellent. Very kind and always going the extra mile to assist. For daily breakfast, there is a widespread selection every morning with variations day to day. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
The room is cleaned everyday and the towels are replaced everyday. The room had a nice balcony with seaview, the sunset and moonrise were spectacular there, and it is equipped for hanging wet clothes
It is wonderful!! Lovely room, sea view. Everything is clean and working perfectly. Breakfast is so good. Excelent localization. Close to restaurants, stores and in front of the beach. Excelent staff. Fantastic!
The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the rooms were perfectly maintained, The location was ideal: just a short walk from the training center (and just across the bus station)The breakfast was also very good and well-prepared
Average
Hotel under construction. Pool and spa closed. The ********** website doesn't reflect reality and posts services that don't exist.
A special thank-you to Sarhat and Mustafa who were always kind, helpful, and ready to assist with any request. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel !
Visited this summer. Best quality for reasonable price (the cheapest option I found acceptable), so very much recommended. Overall, noice.
I stayed at Exelans hotel in Fethiye for 9 nights (27 may25-05jun25)while attending a nearby training
Eclectic Hotel
Very close to the Fethiye Otogar (bus station) which is a big plus. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was poor in respect of a Turkish hotel breakfast
Rooms were very clean and tidy, the maid came every day, even made a love heart shaped swans out of our towels for a decoration on the freshly made bed
Booked here based on the positive reviews, and we weren't disappointed!
We booked here as we were attending a family wedding at another hotel, so didn't end up spending too much time here
But staff were welcoming and friendly, happy to order taxis and chat with us. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, with a few different options and fresh omelettes
Lovely size pool plenty of sunbeds available Friendly attentive staff, very clean in all areas of the hotel, beach has an amazing sunset , restaurants and shops all within a short walk
Beautiful, boutique, family run hotel with lovely pool and poolside restaurant & bar with menu for lunch or dinner or just great Turkish coffee! A 3 min walk from Çhaliş promenade & the beachside restaurants/ bars but more private feeling than the beachside hotels
Always smiling and ready to help, they promptly addressed all our requests with efficiency. Their warm welcome truly contributed to making our stay enjoyable. The pool was a real highlight
I went there with my family and enjoyed the week when we were there, Mr Kemal was extremely helpful and gave us many good places in Fethiye to go. Very english friendly and good quality. Great included Breakfast as well
One of the most beautiful places I have been too. The hospitality was outstanding , such wonderful and kind staff. Hotel was in a fantastic location , beautiful sandy beach with warm calm waters for swimming
Sit on the patio at dusk and watch the moon rise over the mountains behind the lights of Fethiye harbour. Magical! What really sets this hotel apart from the others is the outstanding staff
We felt nurtured! The breakfasts were excellent and Ursin also made wonderful dinners. A magical, completely relaxing unforgettable stay. Right on the sea, balcony views are incredible
Completely recommend this beautiful place. It was magical, quiet, with beautiful people, Kemal, Ursin and Emma, who made the stay the very best. We will always remember this stay
They offered fantastic suggestions on what to do and see on both Sovalye Island and in Fethiye, which was especially helpful for those unfamiliar with the area
The hotel shows its age but serves its purpose well. The pool is excellent and situated right by the beach, providing a perfect spot to relax
We used the beach bar, not the hotel - it is such a great spot! Firstly the staff are fab, really welcoming and good banter and make an effort to remember your name which is such a nice touch
Lovely people, very welcoming and warm. Beautiful spot by the sea. Food very good.
The staff is friendly, though communication can be a challenge as they don’t speak English
Ocean view made up for the shortcomings in the hotel. The hotel inside needs an upgrade, outside was great, dinning area was also tidy and clean. Owner friendly and helpful
We visited every day in the end, at all different times of day, and the service never faltered
❗Due to the coronavirus, there are inconveniences associated with wearing a mask in a restaurant (while you are choosing dishes), you can’t pick up food yourself, at the entrance to the hotel your temperature is measured every single time and you are given a new mask if you don’t have it with you (we have accumulated a whole warehouse of masks towards the end of the holiday
We have recently returned from a 10 night holiday at Sundia by Liberty in oludeniz and can highly recommend for anyone else to book!
We were impressed from start to finish
The day time entertainment was outstanding, and something for all the family, the entertainment staff were very inclusive but not pushy which was lovely. Big shout out to Sabri from the activity team who made our holiday
The main dining room was light and airy plenty of tables/seating plus a large outside eating area. Food was very good with there being lots of choice. We perhaps did not make the most of all of the in house facilities
There was good quality live entertainment every evening with patio heaters around the entertainment area for cooler nights with it being October however the weather was pleasant even on evenings
We stayed at the Sandia hotel Oludenize from 17th - 21st October 2025. We arrived at around 02;45 and was surprised to see staff waiting so they could take our cases
Evening meal also Turkish food but they also have a bar food menu with pizza burgers chip and a good selection British food all reasonably priced and prepared fresh
The pools are spotless and rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels would definitely come back. Taxi to Calis 100 tl so about £3
We are French and do not speak neither German nor Turkish and very little English. In spite of that the entire staff made sure to meet our expectations. We will be back in Turkey at this hotel with great pleasure
I didn't have WiFi reception in our room and our TV is just as bad. The Buddha wasn't really a problem for us. If you visit a hotel, really recommended for you to stay. They made us as good a holiday as possible
All the employees of the hotel are generally very good. The situation we most fear they had food, but it wasn't like we were never afraid, and all it was very nice, we didn't call the house I almost never
I read the earlier reviews, I've seen good reviews of a hotel owner in Sami Bey, but after we met a really good person. Cleanliness, food and staff are very friendly and they helped us in every way
Wow. The family here is amazing. They take care of you like you were at a Four Seasons hotel. Love this place. The views are unreal, the food is fantastic. Pool is gorgeous. I am bringing back friends. Simply wow. Wow.
Beautiful location! The staff is wonderful and very hospitable. We enjoyed our stay :)
The complementary boat ride to the main land is very short and convenient. I will recommend ECE to anyone visiting Fethiye!
I will start with the cons;
105 steps up to your rooms, as it is placed on an island, not geriatric-friendly at all
And you have to descend the same number of steps to reach the water (water is not amazing if you are a sea-enthusiast), the infinity pool is very nice though
Overpriced restaurant options, and water taxi fees
Completely isolated which is a pro and a con at the same time, coz if you need...
The staff was excellent, especially Osman, who was attentive but not intrusive. Our rooms were clean and beds comfortable. After a couple of days of R&R, we made day trips into Fethiye and Oludenez
Ond of the best places you can find for relaxation... great view, delicious food, clean water, so friendly stuff, ...staying in this boutique Hotel would be your unforgettable experience ... highly recommend
Stayed at this hotel in September 2025 as the final leg of a somewhat hectic two week trip to Istatanbul and Sanliurfa. This is a great place to relax and catch your breath
Every morning and evening was filled with care, sincere conversations, and laughter by the pool
the staff are very friendly and the room was lovely (only negative id say is there wasnt a kettle in the room but there is a mini fridge) the hotel grounds are small but very nice with a few friendly cats! 😍 The pool is also quite small but very adaquate
They not only surrounded us with attention but also showed us the city and the most beautiful beaches, as if opening the hidden corners of their soul. The food was so delicious and plentiful, as if I were their own child
Hotel located in farmland, far from the action, nice pool, plentiful breakfast, good sized room, need car to get there.
I spent a week at this hotel, and for me it was not just a trip — it was truly a home away from home. The owners and staff welcomed me so warmly that from the very first days I felt like part of their family
Amazing food!!
The food is amazing!! The free turkish breakfast was the best we have had and the other food on menu was very reasonably priced and great portions
The most beautiful kindly family ever I know we have very difficult experiences in turkey because we broke our car and all our trip was ended and no hotel reservations with kids on the road they help us and give us apartment with discount because we run of money we pay for services for car we didn’t have to ask for help because they were there all the time help us thanks from my heart and wish...
A sweet, small hotel with an amazing breakfast and quiet street (and pool!!)
Mine is the sweetest, she let us check out 4 hours later than checkout time because our flight was late, overall such a great stay
Excellent pool, attic room very spacious and clean, breakfast simple and tasty, staff friendly, would recommend
great breakfast in a peaceful setting & very close to the harbour & central Fethiye which is very convenient !! Run by a very friendly & helpful Turkish family = Mine & Erdem Will make your stay a memorable one
Owner of hotel"Erdem bey" was smiling and helpful by now all were good and cleanliness is ok.the view from balcony is really good breakfast and service OK for the price of hotel...recommended
Stayed here 4 nights in May 2022 and 3 nights in October 2022 and both times were excellent, just what we were looking for
The pool is nice, it's like a family hotel. I am thinking of coming again
Great hotel, big clean rooms. Perfect location between Fethiye and the road to Oludeniz. Free breakfast. Kind owner, who understood circumstances and accepted me without pre reservation.
We stayed for 1 week, we came from Gebze and we were very satisfied. The location is good, the breakfast was nice, the beds were clean. Room cleaning could be a little more careful
So nice place, but breakfast was so bad
Overall, we only liked the comfortable room and the breakfast at this hotel. My suggestion is that customer satisfaction should be our top priority, so customers should be treated with a friendly and attentive demeanor
The breakfast was very adequate, with plenty of variety, and they serve different things every day (cigarette pastries, cakes, börek, pişi, etc. We also enjoyed the breakfast very much
Fethiye, Akarca Mahallesi Yerguzlar Caddesi No:3 🧭 Map
🌞 From seashore 6 min
Pool: Pool
The hotel is very neat and clean the rooms aren’t that small and it’s just a two floor hotel. There is a very nice swimming pool
Nice quiet garden and pool area
I just stayed two nights in Akkent Garden Hotel. Lovely garden, nice pool area with a small bar. Nice British lady working there, who I think might be the owner/manager
Very warm and nice staff, not the best location but not bad too, nice big room, clean and comfortable, very nice swimming pool area
The service is good, but there is nothing around. The air conditioning is broken, and you may feel hot in the summer. Be careful! The facilities are old, and the pool is beautiful.
Room spacious, staff helpful and friendly, good location, good quality price ratio.
If I come back to Fetiye I would definitely come back to this hotel, thank you et merci à vous.
Best hotel I have stayed in, very clean, well maintained rooms, delicious food with great service. You feel you are at home, most of the rooms are with garden views
