One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at in my life. It was so bad we decided to go to another hotel for the second night despite having already paid in full here.
- The hotel is very old, and doesn't have elevator access to upper floors.
- The cleanliness was unsatisfactory. The provided "packed" slippers were dirty and were yellowed or had smudges and stains. The provided blankets were not clean.
- The bathroom toiletries / water bottles were incomplete. You don't expect to have to contact reception multiple times to complete your room!
- Very unfriendly staff
- Worst of all, the bathroom is horrendous. The ventilation is awful and the foul smell that builds up in the bathroom and leaks into the room is frankly poisonous. It's like directly breathing in a sewage system.
- Finally this hotel is NOT worth $20 per night let alone the cost their charging.

Amazing location. Just downstairs is a noce sandy public beach and a lively boardwalk for tons of restaurants, cafes, bakeries and shops. Nice nightlife on boardwalk too. Wonderful service. Everyone was so helpful. Daily great breakfasts, laundry service same day, nice pool, little balconies.

This is a really wonderful hotel. Çalis is a bit of a suburb (dominated by English retirees), so if you're looking for somewhere with more choice of restaurants etc, go down the road to Fethiye itself. However Bahar Hotel is an excellent oasis; offers much better and cheaper breakfast and lunches than can be found in the surrounding restaurants. I paid 730TL total for two delicious fresh lunches. And the breakfast buffet is gorgeous and delicious.
Honestly can't fault the hotel experience - it's very clean, the pool is a delight, it's quiet and is for guests over 12+. Service is excellent too, consistent, aware but unobtrusive. Just be aware if you book you might need to travel for dinner as local restaurants are overpriced and underwhelming and the hotel doesn't offer evening meals! Other than that - perfect.

The hotel is around 40 mins away from the international airport. The location of the hotel is perfect, clean pool and no issue with getting the sunbeds and towels. Rooms are basic with balcony access with 2 chairs and view of the pool and the sea. Step out of the rear exit and you are on the promenade with rows of restaurants, bars, shops. The beach is just off the promenade so literally 2 mins from the hotel.
The breakfast is same and could get repetitive. Coffee is basic.
Cleaners did not replace the shower gel everyday, our room door was left wide open after the cleaning and luckily nothing was nicked!. No lifts in the hotel so if you are on the second floor with heavy suitcase then good luck carrying it.

Great location 1 min from beach, near the mini-bus station (they call it dolmuş in fethiye) and water taxi if you want to go to fethiye city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a cozy and relaxing place.
