Where to start with this hotel. Location is excellent & fairly close to all amenities. The WiFi is also very good.
Unfortunately the all inclusive leaves a lot to be desired.

The bar had a selection of Tuborg, local vodka, Raki, or local red wine. Soft drinks include coke & Sprite.

The all inclusive food was of general poor quality, aimed at the Turkish element of guests. Also these dishes were unlabeled, not great if you suffer from allergies.

The hotels rooms are of general tired appearance as is the main portion of the hotel. The cleanliness is also questionable.

I'd like to mention a couple of members of staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome at the Arbatt. Fatih who works in the restaurant, was always cheerful & helpful when asked. Also Ortega on reception, very helpful in solving any problems you may have.

My conclusion, the Arbatt isn't the worst hotel ever but it's 4* rating is extremely questionable. If you can get a good deal stay there.

Now the hotel is meant to be a 4* all inclusive, but from my experience of other 4* hotels, this needs a few tweaks and updates to the hotel to make it a 4*. If this was advertised as 3* and cleaning was on point and a few more food and drink options and also updating rhe pictures to reflect how the hotel now looks then nobody could complain.

My room was clean but could of been cleaner, bathroom light didnt work and hot water wasn't hot. I complained and got moved room 2 days later. The 2nd room was of a better standard, again cleaning could of been better.

Food and drink options are limited. You have to pay after 9pm. Food has 5 hot options, breakfast for me was eggs as othwr options weren't for me. Theres no separate kids options and vegetarian options most days was salad and rice. I always had a belly full but not what I expected or used to when at a 4* hotels. View from resturant is beautiful. Theres a small outside seating area but wasn't available for all of my stay.

Pools dont get sun all day so you have to chase the sun, no indoor pool. 1 pool is alongside the street and the other 2 are in a courtyard area surrounded by the hotel on all sides. No evening entertainment either. No kids club or anything for kids except pools.

Overall hotel is basic, food and drinks limited. If its very cheap and you'd stay in travelodge then go ahead and book, but if your paying good money or you like a bit of a wow factor and modern look with good food book somewhere else, id suggest a 5* hotels in this area as I saw inside another 4* hotel and that room was worse than this hotel.

Booked here after arriving at another hotel which can only be described as a horror show!

We was welcomed & looked after very well, the reception manager was very kind & made our stay pleasant.

It’s AI but we didn’t use it much as we like to go out for food, although we had breakfast a couple of times, it’s standard Turkish holiday buffet style which we was happy with.

The location is fabulous!
Waking up to the sunrise of a morning over the sea view & literally a minute from the beach.

This is our third time in icmeler & can’t wait to return next year.

Avoid this hotel! The good reviews are FAKE and you can tell because you can see the people have only left a review for this place and never anywhere else.

However , this is a true honest review! Please do not waste your money!
The only good thing was the location!

All inclusive? Definitely not , you are only allowed beer , wine or vodka , no other spirits and soft drinks after 12pm

Food - sooooo horrible! Same thing every day and nothing had any flavour

Staff - everyone so miserable and not welcoming at all! The one nice guy was the day time receptionist , the worst was the guy working at the pool bar , he had no customer service skills at all

Room - old and out dated!

I’m not one to leave reviews unless I really feel it’s needed and in this case I do!

Please listen to the negative reviews and not the positive as they are fake!!

The locals also told us this hotel changes its name all the time so that people think

This was a last minute 5 night break for us. Our room was clean and comfortable although a little on the small side. I think we may have got lucky as other guests we spoke to who had rooms towards the back of hotel complained about there rooms being dirty, no shower heads, covered in ant and dead bugs in their rooms, but after they complained they we moved to the front of the hotel and had no complaints after that.
Our beds were incredibly comfortable, our room was cleaned everyday we were there.
The drinks we local beers and branded named soft drinks. No cocktail list. The all inclusive is only available until 10pm after that you are charged.
The food, we had mixed feelings about the food, while we 2 adults always found something to eat I think if you were travelling with children you would struggle to keep them happy. None of the food is labeled either so you are never really sure what tou are eating.
There are 3 pools all of them small with very little seating around them and after 12 noon no sun on them whatsoever, but the beach is just a 2 minute walk away and there was plenty of places to sit there.
The location is amazing though. Especially as there is zero entertainment in the hotel.
Final thoughts it was cheap quick break away and served its purpose .

I didn't like the hotel.

The photos made the hotel look bigger than it actually is.

The rooms are very small and cramped.

There is a lot of food, it changes, but it is very greasy, fried in oil.

There is a snack bar that makes absolutely tasteless pizza + burgers.

The Wi-Fi didn't reach our room on the 2nd floor. And to use the Wi-Fi we had to go down.

WHAT IS WORTH NOTING FROM THE GOOD:

- the staff! The staff is wonderful. Especially the restaurant and reception staff. Special thanks to them. The staff is wonderful 😍🔥
- the gym

And the hotel is next to the sea. But not on the first coastline

The room had everything you need. Cleaning every day. I really liked the coffee and hot chocolate)). All the pluses are offset by one minus: very loud music in the nearby bars does not stop until 1 am. After the first night of stay, I asked to change the room, they changed it, but I did not achieve complete silence (( The beach is unique: with red sand, I looked for others in the area.
