Juniper Hotel - All Inclusive in Icmeler

nice hotel, quiet and cozy, after renovation. the cuisine is the best, very tasty. there is a desire to stay here again! thank you! geoposition is wrong- real is near siesta hotel.

I've seen alot of reviews slating this place.. it's a 3* hotel.. me my partner my brothers and there partners absolutely loved it here.. the rooms are clean.. the food is very nice and has a wide variety.. the staff are so helpful and friendly :)

Ok well I am really not sure where the bad review's come from, I have just come back from 11 days in late March to June and had the best experience, I eat my own words as I vouched never to go to Turkey. Well.... What can I say? The staff are fantastic and the rooms are good for what you pay. Let's talk about some of the positives:

Free aircon, free sunbed with the beach, rooms cleaned daily, fresh linen daily and a clean dining experience.

People say the food is cold, the only reason people must be eating cold food is because of the time they arrive as after eating there for 11 days this was never an issue and was relevativley hot. Breakfast is eggs and beans, fruit, pancakes and cereal. Lunch is a mix of meats, veg, fish,chips and pasta and this applies to dinner time. The food is good for what you pay and you will not go hungry. Some evenings there was turkey steaks done outside along with fresh fish with staff happy to direct you when needed.

Drinks are local raki, beer, wine, whiskey and Brandy. There is review saying they do not offer diet mixers which is not true as diet Pepsi is available.

I think it is good to point out the female manager was so quick to sort any issues including a note I believed to be suspicious on my door but was actually just from a travel agency. She quicky got this corrected and I got on with my evening. I also had one issue with the toilet not flushing correctly one day, she got maintenance on it straight away - I do not understand why people say the staff are not friendly or unwelcoming as this was not the case.

The waiting and bar staff have very long days and if you ask how they are they will respond, a smile with please and thank you will be welcomed. A big shout out to huseyn , ozay and farteh for always providing a smile and ensuring we was having a nice time. Ozay I have seen help eldery people with walking sticks to their room, farteh very quick to clean after your dinner and move the cats along and huseyn will also provide a smile when issuing a drink along with a joke. So in 11 days I have got staff names and seen them help people to their rooms, and have a manager get any issues sorted promptly. Tannar was also very polite and more than several guest mentioned how he remembers them from previous years not something you see in larger complexes

The day before we checked out we also got offered a free lunch box to prevent us spending money on food at the airport, this was nice a bonus should have we needed it.

I will be returning to this hotel like many others and look forward to another lovely break.

Ignore the bad review's as this place is more than what you pay for.
