As two women (not some fake reviewer) I can say staff here are professional and warm and welcoming. Rooms are great value and we would stay again.
The hotel has staff at reception all day and night and the hotel feels safe with staff who pay attention to their guests, it is also on a street with many many competing hotels on the same street so lots of coming and going all night and day.

Beautiful place, clean and tidy. Would surely recommend this place to everyone. 10 mins walk from the metro station. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The manager and his team were so friendly and assisted us when our luggage was delayed and followed up with the airlines. They went above and beyond. You don't see such service everywhere. Thank you so much for the help and stay.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and the staff at tye reception was very polite and friendly. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The mattress was lovely and the bathroom was big too. The location was not ideal as you had to walk 8-10min for the nearest station.

It was a very good experience - we stayed for one night at this hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful, unlike other employees from other hotels in the area. Ahmet is a good speaker of English. We will book a room again when we come to this area of Izmir.

We stayed one night at Spil Suites in Izmir and had a good experience. The room was spacious, and they kindly gave us a free upgrade. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and spoke English. The location is convenient, close to everything, with parking available nearby. Since it’s near a main road, you can hear some traffic, but overall it was a comfortable stay.

+ The hotel has a large barrier parking lot and very spacious and modern suites. Both receptionists were met were very kind and helpful. We especially liked the spacious walk-in shower, the individually-controlled AC, the kitchenette, the balcony and the full-length mirror. We found cold water in the fridge upon arrival and we were offered cold water when we left for our journey. The main sights of Izmir are within walking distance. This accommodation feels like home.

- Some pieces of furniture and the floor were a little worn out. My personal opinion is that a glass door for the bathroom is not practical at all and offers little to no privacy.

Due to its location, it is one of the most beautiful places in Izmir. Business owners are sweet to the world. Hi Ahmet Abiye :)

Owners and staff are amazing. They're welcoming, friendly and very helpful.

Extremely helpful and nice staff. The hotel is located in a safe area, only a 20-minute walk to the harbour and promenade. Very clean, large, well equipped rooms,, clean and spatious bathroom and very comfortable beds. Also recommended for families with children. Parking is available behind the hotel is safe and is video-surveilled.
We stayed here for 4 nights and everything was above expectations.
We are looking forward to return here
😊

Nice hotel for good prices. Large room with nice shower. Helpful and nice staff. I asked for a late check-out and they arranged that for us. There where two things I didn't like. It was to close to a main road with a lot of ambulances during the night so it was hard to fall asleep and that's a pity after a long journey. The other thing is that our bed sheet had a burning spot so I think it was a smoking room. But I think if we let the staff know about the burning spot they would most likely gave us a new one. Location was superb only 15 minutes walk from kemeralti çarşısi and other sightseeing spots.
