Hi don't know where to start . we arrived at hotel late on 7th Feb. next day my wife put on tv was working right . I told reception of problem . the tv was just a cheap one. on the weds couldn't fix it . they said we will contact support and get back to us ASAP. no reply on weds whet back to reception Thursday asked what was being done about it . so they moved us to another room with smart tv. same again wasn't working . they attitude to it was disgusting being rude and telling more lies. As a tv a a most for my wife as she suffers with mental disability and the tv make her calm and settled . I did explain this to management did really care thought being awkward. they couldn't resolve the tv situation. had to look for new place to stay with tv working properly. found a hotel nearby on the friday night checked in on Saturday morning and all was good . but the attitude of the manager was shocking and deeply up setting for my wife and me. expecially with her mental wellbeing.

It's in the middle of a neighborhood, the outdoor pool is visible from all residents' balconies, the rooms are small, not worth the price, and there were bugs in the bathroom, but the location is good.

Avoid!

Our rooms were in shambles, fearuring stained sheets sprinkled with long strands of hair. The AC was as loud as a truck, and the breakfast we paid for never materialized. The official excuse was that the hotel was being sold, and ******* would penalize them if they were to remove their ads.

Yaşadığımız deneyim rezaletti. Şehir merkezinde konumu iyi olduğu için rezervasyon yaptırdığımız otel bize gerçekten hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Otelde temizlik namına hiçbir şey yok yataklar yaklaşık 20 yıllık klima çok sesli çalışıyor her yerde saç kılı vardı. Sabah kahvaltısından hiç bahsetmek istemiyorum ben böyle bir rezalet yaşamadım. Kahvaltı satmalarına hiç gerek yok siz de kahvaltısına kanıp lütfen burayı tercih etmeyin kahvaltıda hiçbir yiyecek bir şey yok kahvaltı saatlerinde aşağı indiğimizde kalmadığını ve tekrardan getirmelerini gerektiğini biz kendilerine belirtiyoruz hizmet sıfır kesinlikle deneyimlemeyin o kadar otelde kaldım bu kadar memnuniyetsiz ayrıldığım olmamıştı.
