AVOID WORST HOTEL STAYED AT.

Manager is entirely intolerable and arrogant

Firstly they charge you extra for AC and safety deposit box. Which 4 star hotel charges their customers to use AC? £50 extra weekly for AC. I have stayed in 3 star hotels which include it for free. Secondly I reported the AC and refrigerator not working to the hotel manager, he said he will send someone to have a look but no one ever checked it out.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Firstly they charge you extra for AC and safety deposit box. Which 4 star hotel charges their customers to use AC? £50 extra weekly for AC. I have stayed in 3 star hotels which include it for free. Secondly I reported the AC and refrigerator not working to the hotel owner / manager, he said he will send someone to have a look but no one ever checked it out.
Secondly, someone broke our hotel door (possible room service) which they tried make us pay for. I asked for CCTV to show evidence which they couldn't do.

The owner and workers are arrogant and rude. TRUST ME don't ruin your holiday, I have been to turkey 4 times now and this hotel was the worst stay ever. I have picture and video evidence of horrible comments from the workers from this hotel. Absolute rude people.
They even chased us out and wanted to hold us until the door was paid for.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS PLEASE
Please avoid all costs, Firstly the manager is an arrogant person and behaves as if he is doing you some big favour by giving you his rooms at the price they are, he shouts at you in a condescending way..."What do you want for the money you have paid?"
where and how could I possibly begin to explain? You are fearful all of the time in case you upset him by saying something he does not agree with, because his opinion is the only opinion yours does not count NEVER. On our arrival we were left sitting around for over an hour without any welcome from the staff, who just could not be bothered to acknowledge us when we inquired where our room was we got a disinterested look followed by we dont know wait for the manager. Messi arrived and could not be bothered to introduce himself, he knew in advance about my wifes disabilities with a request for a ground floor room that was dismissed, he told us we have a lift that will help you which we later found out it was constantly breaking down and had done so three times that week and it was only Tuesday. We checked in and was given a room
on the 3rd floor, we found the rooms to be very basic the bedding was threadbear with a thin sheet on a very thin hard mattress topped off with a thicker sheet, a tiny fridge on the floor that worked just old outdated dangerous fittings and basically in need of a better clean. YES we know you get what you pay for but we have stayed in quite a few hotels of this type throughout the world so it's just a excuse to fob you off with an attitude of yes what do you want luxury?? It took two days for a request to change the mattress with a sun bed lounger cushion that was grubby which did help a bit. We tried to engage in some conversation about the recent changes to the resort of Icmeler to which he snapped back with "I do not want to change the world and your opinion matters nothing to me and why do you come here?" that was it dismissed and his arrogant attitude remained for the remainder of our stay at his hotel.
It states that the hotel has been recently renovated, perhaps only in his foyer and nothing else throughout. It was once the Alara Hotel and from recent reviews of that it seems very little's changed also. Throughout stay we witnessed constant arguments with other guests big loud vulgar shouting matches and even witnessed some guests been thrown out onto the street that included two young children along with their grandfather who was 82!! Messi then shouted at the other guests around the pool any more disrespect, anybody got anything to say? you can all F### OFF??. Later that evening we decided to secure other accommodation elsewhere.
We await Messi's reply to this review as he does not like criticism and after chatting to various hotel owners he's got a very bad reputation and kicks people out on a regular basis. PLEASE AVOID, fingers crossed it's only a matter of time before he's on the street. PLEASE PLEASE Trip Adviser strip him of his excellent status.

Do you think your little COCKY review is gonna change my attatude towards arrogant morons like yourself. I am sorry we do not have bed suitable for size of ELEPHANT which wasnt comfartbale for you and your poor partner!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yo are just telling PORKY PİES, cos I never told anyone to **** o** around the pool. I would rather to be on street then serving SMALL MİNDED person like YOURSELVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and for you to say to trip adviser that i should be stripped of my excellent status then you my dear lovely friend are on another planet.
The fact that i have excellent reviews says theres not alot wrong wıth me or my hotel.
I am open to criticism but not BİG F*T L**S who try to put us down. thank you for your review and leaving the room İN MESS and not paying for the damage to the bed YOU HAVE COST !!!!
