Serin Hotel in Marmaris

Ok for a start, room service is bad really really bad, for 3 people ( 3 beds) they only change 1 towel, no shampoo no hand towel also and no trash bin in the room, breakfast is the worst i ve had in a hotel, its like eating plastic.
For service , the staff is really rude or racist , they don't speak english , i mean you work in the tourism sector yet you only speak turkish how is that even possible , most of the staff don't answer when u speak with them , the receptionist doesn't know a thing , every simple question they refer you to the owner ( which btw is the only guy that speaks english there and he is just a chill cool dude ) yet the rules of the hotel are weird , u can't bring an extra guest even if they pay for the night and show the passport they still won't let you bring guests. When u ask for extra towel because they already put a 1 new towel instead of 3 they get angry and shout, very inhospitable hotel and definitely definitely don't recommend if u re coming to marmaris , theres literally hotels with better treatment snd same price

The worst 3 star hotel I have ever been. Everything is old and dirty. Staff does not look professional.

The hotel itself is okay. It's not 100% clean, and the bathroom smells a bit, but you can't expect anything for the price. My problem is the staff who asks you for your Instagram. My friend and I are young women, and we were constantly asked for our Instagram, even by much older staff. The area is generally very pushy when it comes to their shops, and as a woman, you have to expect comments or whistling. It's very loud at night because of the parties there. The food is the same every day and always local, so there's nothing from other cultures, as is typical in the area. Overall, it's okay. I wouldn't spend a long vacation there, but it's fine for a weekend.
