where do I start . firstly arrive at hotel to get room and your hit with extras charges for everything WiFi air-conditioning kettle fridge ect ect and not cheap for any of them air-conditioning £35 for 7 nights only thing we was willing to pay for ! WiFi box you can get cheaper at the shop just down from the main reception they also sell small kettles at a fraction of the price to hire and they open 24h a day ...

breakfast is only scrambled egg toast and small sausage again you need to pay extra if you want more !

our room ground floor room number 612 if you have any on this side be prepared for a large dog barking at all hours day and night !

bathroom dirty black mold around all silicone bedding and towels not changed or replaced during our 7 nights just bed remade and dirty used towels folded back up to re use !

we would 100% definitely never go back to this place !!!

Just home from club atrium on the 24/9/2025 had a amazing week the staff go above and beyond to make your holiday special and as for the entertainment team Mr You , Bam bam , Curly , Ozzy , and Simba where absolutely outstanding if I could give this place a 10/10 I would even the food was sensational cannot wait to go back

Hotel rooms dated but clean.
Charges for everything from safe, air con, fridge and kettle.
£20 for kettle 😮
Entertainment was brilliant and kids enjoyed themselves.
Food and Drinks very expensive. £6 for a small bottle of cider.
Breakfast was very basic.
If they did all inclusive then we would return as the entertainment was really good.

Love my weeks say. I went with my nan and had no problems was welcomed by all staff and my nan with bad mobility they gave us a reserved seat so then she didn’t walk after to toilet and to the room. Entertainment was great staff got me aged 20 to help them get other other kids up and join in. Staff stayed late as know everyone was having fun.

First time staying at atrium and definitely won't be the last!
We came as a family of 9.. 2 of those being children ages 7 and 9.
Apartment rooms were clean, can not fault the maid service!
Pools were a very good size always able to get sunbeds in the morning.
Staff friendly and not pushy like most places!
So much for the kids to do with the soft play and machines!
Food and drinks prices reasonable also.
Local shop right on the door step.
Whilst there my husband and children had their hair done at the on site hair dressers fab service.
Reception staff super helpful aswell
Highly recommended to all.

Have just returned home today after our first time spending 2 weeks here,had a great time and will be returning,all staff,food and entertainment very good,thanks to all at club atrium for making us welcome,jue and rob.

Fantastic hotel very clean, amazing staff and great atmosphere, only gripe would be no internet in rooms.. alough did have free WiFi pool side.. if this was given to all rooms it would be 5 stars..
