Ketenci Otel in Marmaris

Very good location close to the beach with car park in the hotel great plus in this location.

Parking space is limited.

Perfect place to stay in Marmaris. Clean,friendly and value hotel, good location very close to beach. Food is also very good, i definately recommend this place to stay.Pool area constantly cleaned .Walking distance to center . Booked twice this year.

We were there for couple of days and because of location everything was so reachable and easy also hotel was clean and the crew was so friendly. I will visit again. When you get up in the morning a great view say hello to you. The weather was bad sometimes but even so we had great time.

We had our stay in Marmaris at Ketenci hotel, the hotel has a great location very close to all outings and shopping stores. A modern hotel with good customer service we had some limitations in communication with the staff as most of them don't understand and speak english so we had to reach to one of the receptionist who was kind of knowledgeable in english. The room was not spacious yet it has all what is needed. The cleaning service was not the best so we had to always call them to change the towel and clean the room. The breakfast was served from 7:30 till 10 and it has plenty of options. All in all was great for a one week stay. The pool is small yet we enjoyed our late night stays near the pool. There are plenty of restaurants and shops near the hotel. The most important feature is that the hotel has its own parking if you would like to park your car. Highly recommended.

The hotel itself is very nice and the rooms are big and nicely decorated. The bathroom should have been a little bit more bigger.
The breakfast was very good and it had a nice view to the pool.
The staff that served the breakfast was nice and spoke English.
The room had a balcony with a nice view to the city.
What I haven't enjoyed at all was the "welcoming". I haven't had encountered such a "welcoming"anywhere. The receptionist asked me very inappropriate questions like if the person I was with was my boyfriend or a relative and after he asked this he said he only wanted to know that because he wanted to know what type of room should he offer us. He also stood in front of our trunk until we took out the luggage and he grabbed the luggage and the car key and said he only wanted to help.
The hotel has just a few parking spots (I guess somewhere around 10) although it's a very big hotel with hundreds of rooms.
I was tented to offer less stars at this review but I guess it's just about one man and the parking spots and also the door lock from the balcony that was about to fall, but the hotel itself and the other staff was really nice.
