We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Marmaris and found it to be very average overall exactly what you’d expect for the price. It wasn’t luxurious by any means, but we got what we paid for. The basics were covered, and while the facilities weren't fancy, they were functional enough for a short stay. One standout experience was meeting the cleaning lady. She was incredibly kind, lively, and welcoming. She made sure we had everything we needed, including extra toiletries, and chatting with her was genuinely a highlight of our stay.If we return to Marmaris and are looking for a budget friendly option, we might consider staying here again.The hotel is very central to the town and beach.

I stayed at the hotel from 05/30/2025 to 06/10/2025 in a standard room (No. 405) on the 4th floor of a 4-story hotel building. The hotel is located away from the noisy places of Marmaris, next to the mosque and the market, a 10-minute walk to the municipal beach. The hotel is small, family-run, services are provided to tourists by members of one family who monitor the cleanliness of the hotel territory, the room was cleaned daily. The plumbing was in good working order, bed linen and towels were changed regularly. There are NO refrigerators and NO TVs in the standard rooms. I did not use the air conditioner. Free Wi-Fi, worked well in the room and on the hotel grounds. Sometimes there were problems with hot water. The hotel has quite steep steps when climbing the interfloor stairs, there is no elevator. The hotel is quiet, there is no music or entertainment. It is not possible to choose a menu for breakfast and dinner, all tourists eat what they are brought (see the photo for options). Water, drinks, everything is paid, except for breakfast. In my opinion, the hotel is suitable for tourists who are not demanding in terms of food and everyday life, who need a quiet hotel to spend the night and do not need entertainment in the hotel,

Really, really bad. We got a room right at the top on the 4th floor. There was no elevator and no one to help us carry our luggage up. The rooms were like a sauna. We booked two rooms and both were like a sauna. Everything was very dirty, there was hair everywhere, on the balcony, the toilet and in general in the room. In the toilet, for example, there was a toilet brush lying there with no holder or stand. The shower had no curtain or protective screen. Even for a small amount of money that's not okay. The air conditioning was very slow, so we had to leave the room first, either into the hallway or on the balcony. The reception didn't really help us. A member of staff who was there in the morning didn't even want to call a taxi for us. We didn't get regular coffee in the morning when we asked for it either. Unfortunately, I really forgot to take pictures. But I hope you can get a rough idea of ​​it yourself.

The worst hotel that can be anywhere. The air conditioner does not work in the heat, when I asked to do something they answered rudely and decided to do nothing at all. There is no hot water, cockroaches are crawling, complete unsanitary conditions. Towels, pillows, mattresses are all very dirty. There are absolutely no shampoos, shower gels, etc. Have pity on yourself and your nerves, do not come here.
