This hotel was the perfect base for exploring Pamukkale (and Laodecia). The location is excellent, just a short walk to the entrance of the travertines, which made it incredibly convenient.
The hotel is simple, clean and comfortable and I really appreciated the cozy, welcoming atmosphere.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were great with providing suggestions for the area and you could tell they genuinely cared about making their guests' stay enjoyable.
The hotel also has a pool, which looked great and would be a wonderful bonus for a longer stay (1 unfortunately didn't have time to use it).
I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pamukkale.

Lovely stay at the sunrise aya!

Stayed two nights there. Good service.
Both nights it got a bit loud when a night club next doors turned on their music, but both nights it lasted for just a few songs.

The hotel management is completely amateur. It’s a family business and their attitude is basically “whoever comes, comes; whoever doesn’t, doesn’t.” Don’t even look for RESPECT, because you will never find it there. Due to my work, I have stayed in thousands of hotels and this one is probably the worst. It is NUMBER 1 on my list of PLACES NOT TO VISIT.

The best choice for Pamukkale.
As a Hilton Diamond member, I have very strict hotel standards, but this hotel is the best.
It's very close to Pamukkale, and the owner is incredibly friendly.
The pool is well-maintained, and the Kachwald breakfast was excellent.
I was also worried about the tire warning light on my rental car, but they helped me resolve the issue.

Actually, I didn’t stay here.
I became friends with the children of the family who runs this place, and while I was in Pamukkale, I spent time playing volleyball and drawing with them in their lovely garden.
I was amazed by Aya-san’s hospitality.
They even let me use the pool – and it’s filled with Pamukkale’s hot spring water!
If I come back to Pamukkale, I would definitely love to stay here.

Friendly host, clean room
My bus was canceled because it was scheduled to arrive at 4am from arriving in the afternoon, contact the host early, he also got up at 4am and opened the door for us to enter the hotel, thank you too much

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very quiet, clean, and conveniently located. And the pool is a plus on warm days.
We made a mistake with the booking dates, and the owners agreed to make the change without penalty.

Great hotel - very, very nice staff and great value for the price. Pool was nice and refreshing, room was comfortable and air conditioned, and we got our laundry done for very cheap. They also offer a cute garden with a bar.
