Ours first impression of the hotel was amazing it could not be better food was amazing rooms are very nice 😊 our room was cleaned all the time it was nice to come back from shopping to a nice clean room the staff was amazing they are very friendly and if you need help with something they help you as much they can if I could I would stay there much longer

Nice hotel in samsun city center with good views both sea and city. Good and large room equipped with many services. Rooms rate fair for such good hotel.

Nice hotel Clean Vary cooperative staff The only thing that bad the noise from surroundings from morning to afternoon If you are tourist ,This is not problem because you usually return at night

Bed and most of the items were clean overall. You can also take a tour offer from reception. I joines Sümela Monastery and Hamsiköy tour and tried sutlage

I would definitely recommend this hotel, everything is 5 star. We had the family room, WiFi was excellent, Air-conditioning was amazing, beds were super comfortable

The spa facilities were excellent, swimming pool is small but kids still have fun. Breakfast bar has sea view from the fourth floor, breakfast menu is average maybe the only let down

Oh and it is bargain price! I paid 65TL for a single bedroom with and apart from the sluggish internet I felt like a prince while now this moment writing this review paid 200TL in hotel Baliktasi in Ordu which is a bullshit! Thanks again Bal Otel! You guys rock!

The hotel is close to the old town of Trabzon and various tour group booking offices. The hotel includes a rich breakfast. In addition, the room is clean and tidy, and drinking water is provided every day

The room wasn't really big, but it is ideal, even for two persons. I noticed that they clean the room everyday, as I was receiving new bottles of water and cay, which is really nice touch

Amazing hotel ... very clean and near everything ... only thing is there is no parking for the car and you have to stop in paid parking but other than that perfect...

all we cared about is the sea and its 3 mins walk. The only thing might hold you from going ia the concept which is (low light) The only light in the room is 2 weak lamps

Hotel is located at very good area of the city. Near to restaurants, coffees bars etc. but also just opposite of the beach. Breakfast and Rooms are decent but clean, people are very friendly and helpful

Mostafa was a guy talking care of Cafeteria but he did the room delivery service too , I saw him always active, having a broom in hand cleaning around. Generally it was a fantastic experience

Location for this hotel apartment is perfect in the centre and 2 minutes walk to sea and salvation point. Room was decent and I don't expect mush for the price I paid without breakfast

The two hotels' managers coordinated and set me up in Oris Green and I had a great stay. Though the staff doesn't speak much English, several of them speak French (if that helps any other yabancıs like me)

Where do I even start, this stay was absolutely amazing. Kerim abi welcomed us with a great big smile and open arms. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the food was as if they were home made

The back of the hotel overlooks the tea gardens, and the front overlooks the storm creek. You can walk where is the normal event located under the hotel

The location is centrally located in the city of Sinop with wonderful views of the inner harbor and within easy walking distance to shopping and historic sites. I highly recommend Otel Bossinop for your next stay

In the restaurant the foods were very tasty. Turkish foods were available and breakfast were great. But I would suggest to have kid’s menu separately and also add seafood/grill fishes and fresh cuts fruits too

I loved the place the staff are very nice especially the receptionist mr Usama and Ayham they made the experience more fun and more comfortable the view is fantastic only problem if you go at night time and follow google maps path you will end up at blocked roads but there are signs on the junction which are helpful but the owner would come halfway if you cannot find the way just contact them
