I stay in this hotel with my family, the staffs are very friendly and respectful, thanks to Hasan and Subhan, they speak english professionally.
Thanks to the Otel Manager/owner, the lady is very respectful person and welcoming.
The Otel offer breakfast in a great location while you enjoy the sea view, the chef and the restaurant staffs are very friendly too, they make sure you get the breakfast even they can customize the breakfast based on your interest, thank you.
The Otel is very clean, they clean the rooms everyday.

I really want to complain...
I was supposed to be staying in a special offer room, over 200 RMB, but I ended up in a tiny room in the hallway. It was literally in the hallway. To get to the fifth floor, you had to walk into the hallway. There was a door on the wall, and that door was the only door in the hallway. And that wasn't the worst part. Every time the elevator started, there was a loud "bang" sound, which was really scary... The soundproofing was terrible, and every time someone walked by, they'd make a loud noise. But since I was in a hurry the next day, I was really reluctant to stay in a room for a while.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in the district called Hagia Sophia. The room was not very spacious. The bed and pillow quality were good. There was a flat screen TV in the room. The cleaning was generally good. The narrow street in front is used for parking. I experienced problems such as slow internet connection at the hotel from time to time. The staff was generally well-intentioned but very unprofessional. Unfortunately, they were not successful in terms of breakfast. There was no open buffet breakfast anyway. Maybe because it was Ramadan, but no options were offered. A classic set menu breakfast was served. Although I like boiled eggs, no alternative was offered. Would I recommend the hotel? It may be for short stays. I do not think it is suitable for families or long-term stays.

It really is a great business. We went with a large group for a one-night stay. We were all extremely pleased. We were very happy with both the attentiveness of the employees and the extreme cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms. I would like to thank the employee and the manager.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Quantum Hotel! The cleanliness, comfort and modern design of the hotel impressed us from the very first moment. Thanks to the activities and pool areas designed for children, we had the opportunity to relax while they had fun. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly, they helped us with everything we needed immediately. The food was delicious and very rich in variety. Everything was considered, we felt really special. We recommend it to everyone who wants to have a peaceful and enjoyable family holiday. We can't wait to come back to Quantum Hotel...

We were very pleased with the services provided by the hotel during our stay. The hotel's location was central and easy to reach, allowing us to easily access the surrounding tourist attractions. The reception staff was friendly and helpful, and answered all our questions quickly. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable; the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning and other amenities worked well.

The pillows and the room were very clean. We had a very comfortable holiday for 1 week with my friends. Thanks to them, the staff was also very attentive. I would like to thank all of them. If I go there again, they will be the only hotel I will choose.

IT WAS A VERY NICE HOTEL. I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND CARING. IF I WERE TO COME AGAIN, I WOULD CHOOSE THIS HOTEL AGAIN. YOU CAN COME WITH PEACE OF MIND. THE SHEETS WERE SPOTLESS AND THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN. WE REQUESTED DAILY CLEANING. THEY DID NOT INTERRUPT IT AND CAME IMMEDIATELY AND CLEANED IT.

The accommodation is already super, the room is nice, they helped me with the price because I came as a student, the rooms were very nice, very clean, the staff was very meticulous and friendly, the location is nice, the service is nice, you can come and stay with peace of mind.

They have a professional team who increased the room I booked for 200 TL to 300 TL when I arrived! It was not nice to be welcomed like this in Trabzon, of course I am sorry :( Don't choose .. I have already made my payment because it is late at night, but I want to run away.
