it is a really fancy, clean and friendly hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful. Also I really liked the way they treated me and my family. It was a safe space, with a really nice view

Good location close to sea and mounts with tea and hazelnut plantations and only 15 minutes walking from city center. You can choose room on sea side and have nice open view or on the mounting side and enjoy bird singing

It was nice place and nice staff. Their breakfast is amazing. Wafaa was great and nice worker, she helped us with translation and serving the food.

There is a beautiful pool and a private beach. You will need a car to visit restaurants and shops. The very popular bar on the top floor of the hotel can get noisy

Even though the receptionist did not talk English, we used Google Translate with audio messaging that made our communication super easy

The administration was friendly, and did all for making sure that the communication is well received

The place is great But the room is a bit samll The location is perfect Trabzon maydan is close 5 minutes at max as a walking distance

Right on Maidan, close to all the shops, dolmushes, taxis, restaurants, it’s not far to walk to the old town and the embankment.

You usually get two rooms in a little apartment style with all the silverware, glasses, plates and pots, every piece of utensils as clean as your own house

A decent hotel, conveniently located (near the Forum Trabzon shopping center). We booked a two-bedroom room for four people. The room was equipped with dishes, mugs for four, and a kettle

I'd like to warn future guests that the hotel is located on a hill and the climb up is quite steep (both on foot and by car), but the view from the window is of the sea and the airport (planes fly right past the hotel, but it doesn't interfere with your relaxation)

Clean , enough space for, area nice to walk around

Breakfast was nice in a restaurant with the view of Black sea. Free parking was provided for our car and the receptionist was kind enough to park the car for us. Would love to stay at Azta Otel if I revisit Trabzon again

The guy on the reception despite limited English explained about hotel rules. The room was spacious with a view of the city. Good lighting, a minibar, washroom equipped with toiletries even the heating rods

The room is clean, large and very spacious. There is a fridge, kettle, coffee and tea are available. The bedding is very confortable, just perfect. There is a free private parking

Stayed here for few days while in Trabzon. Location wise it's very very good, look at the view from top of the mountain, it's priceless. Their hotel staff and restaurant staff are also very attentive to our needs

The only thing is they can improve on cleanliness of their rooms particularly the bathroom which had some unusual smell during our stay

Clean suites and good restaurant. They are following good precautionary procedures. It has a good location although a noisy because of the main street.

When you ask for something it takes them time to deliver it and in many occasions their answer is "sorry we don't have" like when I asked for extra clothes hangers, they said sorry we don't have, Yet when I tipped the house keeper (sweet person) she brought me many! Weird! The room is so noisy cuz it's on the highway on the traffic light intersection, the sound proof wall is so weak its really annoying...

I stayed there with my family and we took a suite room. The room was generally good and its spaciousness was excellent, but in terms of the facilities, it was not good. The rooms need more cleaning and more maintenance

Unfortunately one day I smelled a smoke which I hate the most and I have kids. When I asked about it, he said all rooms are allowed to smoke in! I didn't know that and it was never mentioned in the hotel description

Excellent, friendly service with large, clean and comfortable room and bed. Really convenient and walkable for airport but a minibus ride from the centre of Trabzon

The bathroom and fixtures were in excellent condition. There was air conditioning with a heating mode, which was especially convenient. The room also had a tea set, coffee, and water

Medi apart hotel is a place I like very much. It is a hotel that I come to regularly and I have not encountered any problems so far. Hale was very interested in us, especially the beds and sheets were very clean

If you're availing the sea facing rooms, its pure bliss

Nice hotel, rooms are designed somewhat for fantasy with mirror on the ceiling, staff are friendly, breakfast is good, not open buffet but very rich, rooms are good but sea view limited for most of the rooms

This property is nice enough in itself, with good a/c, but the location is not what I was expecting. It's not super far from the airport, but it's also not close to the Black Sea beaches, which I thought it would be

I’m originally from Turkey and brought my American family to visit and this hotel was absolutely perfect! The service was outstanding, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the overall hospitality made us feel truly welcome

But the highlight for me was the restaurant and they served the best kahvaltı I’ve had outside of Turkey! Fresh, authentic, and full of flavor, it was a wonderful way to share a piece of my culture with my family

We stayed for 2 nights, excellent buffet breakfast, with a huge selection. We enjoyed tasty lunch and dinner as well. Service is really exceptional. The view from our room over the sea is breathtaking.
