Stayed with family for 10 nights during June2025. The hotel is located in a quiet area at mountain top with excellent sea view and city view (photo), 5min driving from the forum mall, 15 min driving from downtown
The host is very friendly, the flat was very clean and spacious for 5 people. The view of the black sea from the balconey is amazing. It is near the market where you can buy anything for good prices
We stayed for 5 nights in one bedroom appartment with a partial sea view from terrace and windows. The furnishings were all good. They had a washing machine, fridge, some utensils
He helped with the luggage, with renting a car, gave out umbrellas, dishwashing and clothes washing powder. extended our checkout by an hour. Exchanged currency at a good rate. There is a grocery store nearby
It would've been greater if their restaurant was available and if a delivery service were available for groceries (the "Yemeksepeti" app was not helpful)

In one word, the rooms with a perfect view, we got a room with a sea view with my wife, we watched the sunset in the evening
This is a nice Hotel for a night. It is clean and the staff were courteous. Although there is a bidet, there was no toilet paper. As a foreigner, it's nice to have. (I always bring my own :) ) Thank you for a nice stay
Awesome hotel. 80 lira without breakfast but there are plenty of restaurants close by. I parked my motorcycle out front and had no problems. The staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful!

Elegant hotel
Very elegant and comfortable hotel, excellent breakfast, perfect stopover
I didn't hear noise from any of the other rooms either and the room doors were NOT the automatic ones that slam shut every time they are opened. The room and linen was clean and had all the normal bathroom amenities
If I had stayed more than one night, I would have told reception and I'm sure they would have fixed it. They accommodated our group by opening the restaurant 30 minutes earlier for breakfast
There was a young woman putting out the food and through sign language she was able to understand me and soon brought out a small pitcher of milk for my tea
There was great variety of food available and everything was delicious. I couldn't find any milk for my tea (I don't like that coffee mate stuff)
I stayed here for one night as part of a group tour. Despite being on the highway, the rooms were quiet and I didn't hear any traffic noise

A family run hotel that is located by the river and right under the Tombs. The whole family was very helpful, friendly and warm. Breakfast was great with homemade produce and items from the area. Highly recommended.
The city gets cold in the evening, and the room gets chilly, so bring slippers and pajamas. There's a refrigerator, a kettle (tea maker), three bottles of water, and shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom
We stayed for three days, and there was no cleaning or refilling, but I think if we had asked, they would have done it. Breakfast starts at 7:30 in the adjacent building; it's a very beautiful space
They make omelets, make coffee from a machine, have sliced cucumbers and tomatoes, fresh herbs, and a great selection of delicious jams and cheeses. The breakfast room itself is very beautiful

It just takes two hours by car from Istanbul
A bit old but good enough for a short trip
The hotel is a place we have preferred before and has a nice location. It has been waiting for renovation for years but nothing has been done so far, it is as if it has been left to rot
We think everything from the furniture in the rooms to the linens used should be reviewed, I hope these are taken into consideration and it reaches its former performance

What we personally also really liked was that there was a prayer mat in the room. We were able to indicate ourselves via a button in the room that we did not want to be disturbed / that the room needed to be cleaned

Good hotel, very nice sea dock.
The location is definitely a highlight, right on the Black Sea with a large private beach area equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, which is very pleasant
However, the guest restroom near the beach was unusable due to dirtiness. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, but it’s definitely not a 4-star hotel. There are many aspects that need serious improvement
We booked a deluxe room but found it to be very basic and quite standard, not reflecting the quality expected from a 4-star stay. The bathroom towels were definitely not up to the mark either

The hotel is cool. The rooms are fresh, there is a private parking. The location is not in the center, but you can use the minibuses - it's cheap. We liked everything

Why haven't we discovered this place before and it's a good place to come and stay. The interior of the room was very spacious, very clean and it was a perfect room. Having a jacuzzi in the room was the best detail
We had a fantastic stay at Yamaçda suit otel in Rize. Esma and her sister were so kind and welcoming, and their hospitality made us feel at home. The karadeniz breakfast was delicious and beautifully prepared
Tomatoes and cucumbers, I think, are also chopped and kept waiting in the very early hours because when they come to the table, they are almost inedible. Apart from that, the salt in the egg is a little too much

Teh welcoming is super ! The receptionist is so friendly and always keen to help! The room is clean and bright ! Evening is quiet ! Breakfast is served hot ! What else can you ask for ?
Hygiene was on point and had no problem, 1 minor issue was the fact that the mini fridge in your room is on low power mode which does not really cool your drinks, AC works great! Breakfast was good, Turkish tea as usual
