Quiet and Comfy Retreat Great location in the hills which was quiet and serene overlooking the Black Sea. Food was also tasty.

Hilltop dream This hotel is very quirky and unusual. Lots to see and very relaxed atmosphere and made to feel welcome. Food was very good and service was excellent. Sadly foggy so didn’t get to see the wonderful views

I arrived at night with no reservation and was warmly welcomed by the staff. The rooms were clean and cozy. A tasty breakfast was prepared by Surya (forgive any incorrect spelling)

Spectacular hotel, it’s kind of that you’re riding on a time machine and you’re traveling between centuries to cultural time zones. The owners already live in there

It’s nice to get information about areas from them face to face. The Lady Chef also cooks delicious meals

It's in a perfect spot with a view of the Black Sea. I would definitely stay here again

This is a no-surprises hotel, in the good way, what you see on the photos is what you get. Nothing was extraordinary, but everything needed for a pleasant stay was granted

The rooms have sea view and near from everything in the city. The only problem is that they don’t clean the toilets on daily basis

Kum Butik Otel is an authentic hotel with 5 rooms in an old house. The rooms decorated with the Turkish lace interior. Small TV and huge mirror. Tasty breakfast. Curtains required to be washed

This hotel is located at a quiet alley close to the shore. The building was restored out of an old traditional Turkish house called "konak". Hence, its atmosphere is very authentic with nicely decorated rooms

The rooms are good, except for the bathroom: the shower has mold and would need proper cleaning. Hence we didn‘t want to use it. Because of the mold there is also a bad smell in the room

I am from Canada and for my my wife from Turkey and we decided to stay for 3 weeks at this hotel with all my families and friends

The room was fully equipped and comfortable, with central air conditioning and multiple closets. The view was partial to the sea, making it a pleasure to watch the sea and the planes passing by at the same time

You are wrong, it messed up our nerves, the temperature of the room was 38 degrees and the air conditioner was not working, but when the hotel manager realized the problem, he changed the room, and during the breakfast, the crew cleaned the table and kicked us out due to the crowd before the breakfast was over

The behavior of the hotel manager is excellent, but unfortunately, on the first night when we arrived, my wife informed the receptionist several times and referred to the receptionist that the air conditioning was broken

I arrived very late at 3am. I meet Denis who was very welcoming and warm. He continuously asked if I needed anything and was always listening. I highly recommend it for a short stay.

I highly recommend being at the tombs between 8-8:30 AM to catch the stunning sunrise as it lights up the city, mountains, and tombs. Also, head to the bridge between 5-6 PM for a magical sunset view over the river

The muezzin’s voice here is actually quite pleasant, but because it’s a mountainous area with powerful speakers, the early morning one (around 5 AM) can be a bit loud—especially if you’re a light sleeper

The river runs right in front of the hotel, and a short walk across the bridge takes you to the old town center and then to the entrance of the incredible rock-cut tombs carved into the mountain

The 3rd and 4th floors have sea views. I don't think the other floors have a sea view. In fact, the 1st floor definitely doesn't have a sea view, as there are houses in front of it

I came to slap for military service, I stayed in Esin Pension, it is closer to both the terminal and the infantry regiment, as well as being in the center of the bazaar

Esin Pansiyon is a nice place to stay. the owner is very friendly and he could arrange to get me a room for three nights where I could rest from my bicylcle Journy

Very good beds, good location near otogar and shops nearby. It is obviously far from the meydan but you can take the dolmus or taxi. The room is not very clean, the walls are stained. Service could be better as well

Booked apartment, the rooms were okay but no light in one of the rooms, No Tissue or toilet paper. I like that the toilet have washing hose which we never see it in Turkey 😭😂. The staff were kind and supportive

Luxurious, comfortable and beyond expectations

The hotel was clean, the room was nice, however, not as beautiful as the images show. The bathroom smelled and the floor was wet when we arrived. The elevator is very slow and there is a queue on it

There was a language barrier with the reception staff as not all speak English, and they take more than 10 min for room service

only thing is the washroom became small when they added washing machine in it. and receptionists might give a small smile to customers-guests as warm welcome. I would return to this hotel when I am back in Trabzon

The only downside was the view of my room, it was facing another building but I didn’t spend a lot of time inside so I didn’t mind much

the room was spacious, clean, with living room, kitchenette with dishwasher a washroom with washing machine in it. It is at good location which is opposite of black sea but again you need a vehicle to go to citycenter

While using it I had an idea that they're made for naming it. Rooms are very good and clean. Breakfast nice with cheese assortments etc. Restaurant has a small balkony with a nice seaview at the roof

and the place of hotel was amazing it has sea view and it’s surrounded by so many cafes and restaurants and you have to eat there breakfast bcoz it’s amazing 😍😍
