The service was good. However, the room was small and different from the room in the photo I booked. They called a taxi for me and helped me with my luggage. The overall service was good.

It was a little bit far from center of Trabzon but services we get were amazing and satisfactory. It was located nearby industrial zone and it was safe also night. Maybe some renovations needed for rooms. Bed and most of the items were clean overall. You can also take a tour offer from reception. I joines Sümela Monastery and Hamsiköy tour and tried sutlage. Price of tour was good but maybe duration for destinations might be increased. There are restaurants nearby and I can recommend patesserie and Terminal Restaurant to try pidas with minced beef and cheese. Free breakfast was delicious as well.

A hotel to stay at, for one night...no more. It is located on the territory of some industrial area - there are car repair shops and auto parts stores all around. At the same time, there is Forum mall nearby, if anyone came to Trabzon to shop.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean and spacious room with comfortable bed and air conditioner. Nice hot shower. Good breakfast. The major thing that needs to be noted is the fact that the hotel is surrounded by mechanics and can be noisy when working on vehicles. It is far out of town but walking distance to bus station and shopping mall. The walls are paper thin and can hear everything.

The hotel is located in an industrial zone - there is a constant roar of hammers, grinders, and the roar of cars. Breakfast was tasteless and made of plastic. The room has high humidity and incredible audibility.

Arrived early and tired and the staff offered me an early check in as well as welcome tea. Very pleasant throughout my stay. Good facilities and breakfast quality. Some people might find the location unusual but overall a great experience. Would come back again.

I happened to stay 2 days in this hotel ,the second day totally unplanned for me but ,the service I had received on the first day made me come back.
The location is 6 minutes drive from the airport and almost same time to the inter city bus station.
The rooms were quite spacious and tidy,and the room service was top notch ,if you have an issue you just have to call the reception and you'll be sorted .
Delicious Breakfast is served at the terrace with view of the sea.
Special thanks to Ramadan bey and Akin bey for making my stay feel at home.
