I honestly don’t understand people who praise this hotel with such compliments like super clean and super breakfast and etc.
The furniture in rooms is old,some of bathroom equipment can not work well and the cleanness isn’t on the highest level. Canteen and food for breakfast weren’t enjoyable and the ‘best’ among all this is the location surrounded by car survives.

The service was good. However, the room was small and different from the room in the photo I booked. They called a taxi for me and helped me with my luggage. The overall service was good.

It was a little bit far from center of Trabzon but services we get were amazing and satisfactory. It was located nearby industrial zone and it was safe also night. Maybe some renovations needed for rooms. Bed and most of the items were clean overall. You can also take a tour offer from reception. I joines Sümela Monastery and Hamsiköy tour and tried sutlage. Price of tour was good but maybe duration for destinations might be increased. There are restaurants nearby and I can recommend patesserie and Terminal Restaurant to try pidas with minced beef and cheese. Free breakfast was delicious as well.

A hotel to stay at, for one night...no more. It is located on the territory of some industrial area - there are car repair shops and auto parts stores all around. At the same time, there is Forum mall nearby, if anyone came to Trabzon to shop.
The hotel itself is quite clean. The breakfast is modest.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean and spacious room with comfortable bed and air conditioner. Nice hot shower. Good breakfast. The major thing that needs to be noted is the fact that the hotel is surrounded by mechanics and can be noisy when working on vehicles. It is far out of town but walking distance to bus station and shopping mall. The walls are paper thin and can hear everything.

The hotel is located in an industrial zone - there is a constant roar of hammers, grinders, and the roar of cars. Breakfast was tasteless and made of plastic. The room has high humidity and incredible audibility.
The head waiter is amazing, the service is top notch. But everything else is terrible

We stayed 6 night. It was a wonderful experience. Hotel is clean and staffs are kind and professional. The manager is so friendly. Hotel is near the forum mall and there are many local resturants near. Hotel is very quiet and suitable for resting. I would stay here again when visiting Trabzon.

I agree with everybody else: This is THE place to stay when you come to Trabzon! Short walking distance from the bus station, close to the airport, short walking distance to Forum. Very comfortable and well equipped room and quiet. Tasty and copious breakfast on a nice terrace with view to the sea. Little restaurants and shops close by. But the best of all is Akin Bey and his team: They made me feel welcome from the first minute. I was even allowed to check in early (very highly appreciated!) and could enjoy the terrace while I waited for the room. You can tell that they have a nice atmosphere I was happy to be part of it for two nights. Thank you guys and see you again!
