The front desk employees are helpful and kind and they have upgraded my room for free because a wait for 10 minutes only. They speak English and Arabic as far as I know. Anyway great experience in this hotel, we have not sleep for long time and in this hotel we slept for 12 hours.

The hotel is very nice, and the employees are incredibly sweet and helpful. My stay was very pleasant and lovely. The only comment I have is about the curtains in the room — I wish they were darker so I could sleep in a bit longer. Otherwise, it was a really great stay with a perfect location. There were some nice coffee shops around, and we enjoyed our evenings with delicious sweets.

This is my best for the money. Stayed in room 411. Usually, I am very fussy, but here, I felt like home. Just professionals ! I wish all hotels would offer this much for that much money. It is not coincidence that there is "Turkish" in the hotel name. And these people love Turkey!

Very pleasantly surprised by the staff, always attentive to the customer. Also very clean. The only downside would be the breakfast, which isn't the best I've had in Turkey. Also located close to the bus station and not far from the airport. I recommend it.

Royal Uzungöl is likely the best hotel in Uzungöl, where chalet meets the Middle East. Certain aspects of the property decor from the woodwork, the art, the natural stone on the staircase, the paintings, the seating area by the front desk, give it a lovely vibe and potential to perhaps one day be a 5 star. There is nothing drastically wrong, but by and large, you feel you want to leave as soon as possible. The hotel is severely understated; you can see food trays in the corridor for a whole day. Rooms are tiny, and the view is a cemetery. The bathroom was infested with ants. Breakfast was limited. The best thing is the rooftop restaurant.

You can enjoy the atmosphere of a traditional Turkish inn. The lobby is large and has a Middle Eastern atmosphere in a good way. The tea is delicious. Recommended for backpackers and other low-cost overseas travelers. You can stay in a private room for the price of a dormitory. It's clean and neat. A typical 3 Star hotel, the service was very good comparing to what we paid. The staff were helpful and friendly during our stay. As well as the location is the best thing about this hotel it’s less than 5 min walking from the meydan and all the local shops and restaurants. The hotel is located directly on the highway between Rize and the airport and is very easy and quick to reach. Clean, spacious rooms. We've been vacationing in Turkey regularly for 10 years, but we've never experienced such a high-quality, varied breakfast.

The hotel is on a hill and transportation is difficult for older people because you have to walk up. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean enough. First and foremost, i would not recomment the hotel for elderly people or anyone who has leg/back problems. The only way to the hotel is hiking up a steep hill, and then walking up the never ending stairs until finally reaching the reception. After that there is an elevator that reaches the second floor, and if the second elevator is not working like in our case, and your room is above the 2nd floor...

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, the hotel was clean, the breakfast was good, some details could make the service better like coffee maker and safe, but the location was excellent for shipping and dining

The man at the reception desk was angry and started yelling when there was a misunderstanding about the payment. He didn't want me to pay in euros, even though it hadn't been specified in advance. He insisted on paying in Turkish lira, but with a higher exchange rate than the price displayed. It wasn't a pleasant experience.

Everything was excellent, except internet. I absolutely recommend to u to stay this hotel. Only internet sometimes can be bad.
