Nice place with Black Sea view. Pretty convenient to Meydan. Two mins by walk.

Its advantage is that the girl at the reception is cooperative and speaks fluent Arabic, and it is close to the square. As for its view, its rooms are narrow and not nice.

The hotel is located in Trabzon's city center, and parking can be a bit of a challenge, but the staff can help. The rooms have been renovated, and finding a sea view in a congested city center like Trabzon is a real treat. The breakfast is also delicious.

The rooms were dusty and not very clean, so unfortunately, we used our own pillowcases. There are nightclub-like venues around the hotel, so if you're sensitive to noise, don't expect to sleep until 2 a.m. We saved the day, just stayed the night, and left after breakfast. It's not a great place for those who go to bed early or are picky. Unfortunately, the breakfast is poor.

The service is great, its location is nice and practical, the rooms are clean. The food was normal. We just used the hotel for sleeping hours😅. The staff were really friendly and kind.

Mostly preferred by tourists visits the area by tourism agencies. The location is not in centrum however that allows you find parking space.

The service and location were very good. However, the laundry price was high; washing underwear and socks almost cost the same as buying them new and of very good quality.

The hotel is good..easy to reach, staff were very friendly and helpful...the room is specious and bedding is comfortable, the bathroom had mold which caused bad smell, diffinitely needs updating. This is the second time we used this hotel as a travel hub which is convenient and you get the value for money.

Great hotel! You are literally positioned in the inner most center of Rize. The breakfast is fabulous. They serve the famous cheese dip (can’t remember what it’s called). The rooms are nice. The staff are helpful. They have lizards and a bird that are great for little kids. Trust me, stay here

I spent one night here. Rhisos Hotel is the best place to stay in the middle of the city. Receptionist was very cute and friendly. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. If i visit Rize again, i will stay here again!

Hotel well located. Large room, but no remote control to turn off the air conditioning. Poorly insulated room; you can hear noise from other rooms. Even the windows don't insulate well, as you can hear outside noise. Mosquitoes were present in the room. Average shower.

A super beautiful and clean hotel! We were very satisfied. Upon arrival, we were helped with our suitcases to our room. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was also very clean. What we personally also really liked was that there was a prayer mat in the room. We were able to indicate ourselves via a button in the room that we did not want to be disturbed / that the room needed to be cleaned...

The location is perfect, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The hotel staff are very friendly and very helpful especially Recep. He gave us directions and advised us on good places to visit and also helped us alot.

The only problem is that breakfast should be a little more varied. They don't have any type of coffee. If you want coffee, you have to buy it and they offer breakfast included.

Great stay at this hotel. Everything was well organised and the food was delicious 😋 The location is very close to public transportation. You can easily go to downtown for 22 lira per person. We spent 4 nights in the Konak. The reservation was misleading at the beginning, we started off in the extended accommodation part which was really unpleasant..But they moved us to the suite the next day..which was perfect.. My stay at Villa de Pelit was truly unforgettable. The food was absolutely amazing — full of flavor and clearly made with care. The unit was decent and generally met our needs as a family of six with four kids. It was clean and had the basic amenities, though a few things could be improved for better comfort and convenience. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was easy. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement.

We spent a night a few months ago here as Erasmus students. This affordable hotel is in an easily approachable place in Samsun. The owner of the hotel and its employers were all super nice and we got to sleep a night in a well-equipped, small but clean room. I can only recommend it ! Thank you very much !
