The service was good. However, the room was small and different from the room in the photo I booked. They called a taxi for me and helped me with my luggage. The overall service was good.

It was a little bit far from center of Trabzon but services we get were amazing and satisfactory. It was located nearby industrial zone and it was safe also night. A hotel to stay at, for one night...no more. It is located on the territory of some industrial area - there are car repair shops and auto parts stores all around. At the same time, there is Forum mall nearby, if anyone came to Trabzon to shop. The hotel itself is quite clean. The breakfast is modest.

The major thing that needs to be noted is the fact that the hotel is surrounded by mechanics and can be noisy when working on vehicles. It is far out of town but walking distance to bus station and shopping mall. The walls are paper thin and can hear everything.

Enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. We had an initial problem with the room in as much as it really smelled badly of cigarettes. We were offered a double room each in recompense which was very good of The Manager, İbrahim. The breakfast had variety and was well presented. Would stay here again if I visit Samsun.

Good service good products and friendly staff

We had a fantastic stay at Yamaçda suit otel in Rize. Esma and her sister were so kind and welcoming, and their hospitality made us feel at home. The karadeniz breakfast was delicious and beautifully prepared. The bungalow was very clean, and the view over the river and tea fields was simply phenomenal. Highly recommended! Teşekkür ediyoruz Esme!

The room was freezing when we arrived; they had turned on the air conditioning, but it took 3-4 hours to warm up. The breakfast was good, we liked it. We didn't have any problems with the hot water, but it would be better if it were a little more hygienic. There were some minor details left over from the previous guest.

Warm hotel Warm hotel with a magnificent view of the green hills above the city. Friendly staff and the breakfast is excellent. There's a swing next to the restaurant that allows you to take photos with the breathtaking view. There are several zip lines nearby. I recommend this hotel.

The staff are VERY nice. The view is spectacular! Rooms are on the small side, but are pretty clean. The bathroom is clean but it has some moisture and mold.

It is a good hotel and has a very good location near the sea with a beautiful view. The room we stayed in was like a two-star hotel, and some things needed more repair and cleaning. Not as nice as it looks in the pics. Staff didn't split th3 beds to make us twin rooms even though they had confirmed in advance that they would accommodate our request. Location is really good tho, outside of the centre of Samsun with lots of activity, access to the beach, cafes, shopping etc.

The rooms was clean .. the staff was really nice .. we asked for few 2 paper cups and they gave us 20 .. The food was good for breakfast and the view from the top floor was Okaiesh !! Idk about the location compared to the city .. all we cared about is the sea and its 3 mins walk ... The only thing might hold you from going ia the concept which is (low light) The only light in the room is 2 weak lamps...

The most stylish hotel in the black sea region :) It's secluded and in a quiet area, with a little 'pool' in the river, modern rooms, a yoga deck and delicious dinner with vegetarian choices. There are nice hiking routes around as well. We recommend a stay if you wanna escape the crowds and just relax in the nature!

Its not a high rated hotel in terms of stars, but you feel home.. literally home. Its cozy and friendly. The owners are one family and they treat everyone nicely. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is ideal for a short stay (we were breaking up a journey to Batumi). Hotel has modern rooms and a great breakfast choice. Going out in the evening for food was challenging, you need a torch, pavements if they exist are not even. The area around the hotel is mot aimed for tourists. The website says the hotel has a restaurant and bar but it doesn’t, just breakfast service.

Very noisy hotel I asked for a quiet room, and the staff did what they can, I think. The ting that they didn’t mentioned was there is a open club right beside of the hotel that plays really loud music throughout the night and I mean, window shaking loud. Beautiful hotel with excellent service We stayed at this hotel on a motorcycle trip. Parking was available on the street in front of the hotel. The rooms were good and clean. The service was excellent, and the owner was exceptionally hospitable. I needed a spare part. The owner personally drove me to the repair shop to pick up the part, free of charge. Thank you again.

Amazing hotel, came from the Ankara/Cubuk with my family of 7, great service and very lovely people. Hygiene was on point and had no problem, 1 minor issue was the fact that the mini fridge in your room is on low power mode which does not really cool your drinks, AC works great! Breakfast was good, Turkish tea as usual. Price is good for what you get, definitely a 5 star for the hotel👌
