The rooms are a bit on the small side, but you can’t beat the location. The entire ski area is well-maintained, with excellent lifts and a wide variety of slopes. The prep area could use some fresh air - smells like damp boots. But the spa and bath services are top-notch. And the food? Absolutely delicious.

The Best Ski Resort i have ever visited. it is a 7-star resort with full facilities.... The food is international and so so delicious... The slopes are maintained daily and very safe. Beautiful and clean hotel with a view over the old town of Trbazon. Delicious all you can eat style Turkish breakfast and close to the local minibus terminal, for taking trips to Sumela or Uzungol.

The room is quite small, but it has everything, a refrigerator, a kettle, air conditioning, a good bathroom. From the window in the distance you could see the sea. There is a mosque nearby, it will wake you up in the morning. The location is ideal, the very center, everything is nearby. I really liked the hotel. The staff is responsive.

I made reservations almost a month before. I requested a room on the second floor. They did not pay any attention to my request. The room was not ready when we arrived. The room was not big enough for 4 people. It seems the room was in the next building. It was on the 5th floor. For one night it was OK. I wouldn't recommend it.

We stayed in a room with a king size bed and a single bed with an other extra bed they brought for us. The room was so small for 4 adults. Ac was good. Staff were nice and helpful. My wife and two children stayed for three nights during the holiday. It's a historic mansion, and we felt right at home. The owner, Cemil Bey, was very helpful in every way. We checked in pretty late, but managed to be in our room quickly. We parked our bicycles in fron under an umbrella. The room was clean, you could hear some noise from nextdoor but it quiet down after 11pm. The guy at the reception was very nice, helped us with our bags
