The villa is so broken and not clean and they have no service and their breakfast is basic and the place of the villa is so scary and far away from the down town.

I stayed in this hotel with my family for the first time in 2019 and we came back again in 2021 because of the amazing view . it is a peaceful place , very good service and friendly staff .

The hotel is located on top of a hill which I was really looking for, however it turned out to be a downsize in Arsin. It’s very hard to catch a taxi to get you up there. The overall cleanness of the rooms are not that good, and the floor is wet all the time for some reason. If you fear bugs, don’t stay here. I really liked the bathtub tho.
