I have staid there for 4 days .
The recitations was extremely nice . Polite , professional, two of them made my stay easy
( Yaren ) + ( Ozge) they both can understand ur need .
Noting is no all yes . Sure . She knew that I care about clean room . So they both made sure my. Rooms is being cleaning twice
The hotel is very well decorated
. The bathroom is clean and wide .
The stander room is big comparing to others
Brake fast is from each culture.
The other staff regarding about three English level but they help you in any way .
The hotel for Tara zone city is great and I will sure use it again .
Thanks again for the staff . Hope all your ratings are well . Again ask about the two receptionist girls I mentioned .

I stayed at Mercure Hotel in Trabzon and it was a great experience.
The hotel is nice, and my room had a beautiful sea view. There’s also a lovely outdoor seating area. Breakfast was good and had a wide variety of options.
The bathrooms actually have a bidet/hand shower inside the cabin, which is definitely a plus.
I would also like to thank the amazing person at the reception, Mr. Mehmet, for his kindness, high manners, and constant smile

I was shocked that it was supposed to be a 5-star hotel! The room service was terrible. We asked for a pillow and blanket for my son, and it arrived after four calls and half an hour. We also asked for an iron, and it arrived after more than half an hour. One of the receptionists had a very, very bad attitude. This is the last time we'll stay here.

I stayed at Mercure Trabzon Hotel and had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a nice view especially if facing the sea. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and the staff were professional and helpful. A good choice for both business and leisure stays in Trabzon.

The hotel rooms are great. We had almost a whole apartment) the location is not so good - you can't walk to the water, Migros is far away. You can get to the beach by your own transport) the prices in the hotel restaurant are more expensive than everywhere else, well, that goes without saying. We stayed here for one night to lie around in a beautiful room - it worked out. The pool, by the way, wasn't working(
