This is a terrible hotel! I will just say never go there!Unfortunately we saw bedbugs in our room!Also there was no utensils or plates or pots in the room!There was power outage for 6 or 7 hours and hotel has no generator so We had nothing for those 6 or 7 hours! One of our room had a big hole on the wal for
Air-conditioning pipe and I will share that innthe photos! We stayed there only 2 days but it was the worst 2 days in our lives! I Will repeat that again NEVER GO THIS HOTEL!

Hands down, this is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The management were well aware that I did not speak Turkish or have anyone to advocate for me and that I was in Turkey while waiting for official travel documents that would allow me to travel home. There is little doubt they tried to take advantage of this.

The prices were increased at random and without warning despite the fact that we had agreed a price. This was a constant stress and I never knew when they might suddenly decide to tell me I owed them more money.

When I tried to checkout after 11 months of staying there, the management insisted that I owed them 8000 Lira, stating that I had been underpaying for months. They called the police when I refused to pay. I had to show the police my bank statements so they could see the amount I had been paying and fortunately I was able to leave. The cleaners tried to charge me 200 Lira to clean my room even though the rest of the customers' rooms were cleaned for free so I stopped having my room cleaned.

The cafe and the breakfast selection were not up to the standard one would expects and did not compare well to other hotels.
The lack of air conditioning means that summer is unbearable and it was impossible to sleep due to the heat and humidity in the room. I am glad my son was not with me as inappropriate noises can be heard in the mornings and sometimes at night.

The staff turn over is very high so there are regularly new faces, and the customer service is appalling, especially from the manager, Bhari, who would appear to be friendly but then change suddenly. The staff are poorly trained because they don't stay long enough to learn the job well and they appear scared of management and of losing their jobs.

Avoid this place like the plague, especially if you are not Turkish.

We went as a family place, but although the rooms were very clean and tidy, there were too many inappropriate noises in the adjacent rooms. We will never stay here again.
