The rooms were dirty, water was dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom so you could not use the toilet without getting some dirty dubious water on yourself. Complained to the reception - they called someone to the room that just washed the floor and it continued dripping from the ceiling. Complained again. Again nothing was done. Not a fix, not a change of the room, not even a sorry. Complete disregard for the customer. There were people constantly smoking under the window, half of the stuff at breakfast didn’t feel fresh. Not worth 2000tkl.

It was in a very good location and was close to several main bus and metro stations as well as the market.
The breakfast service was also of considerable quality and the room was clean and delivered on time, but the toilet and bathroom were not of the desired quality.

Very nice hotel, in the city centre and near the main station, and good breakfast included.

I’m not one to quickly complain, but this hotel most definitely does not deserve this rating. The staff was extremely disrespectful and not helpful. The breakfast was not tasty, and the rooms were dirty.
Furthermore, the hotel promised a parking space which is why we booked this particular hotel, but the parking spaces were full.. so we were told to park right across where there was a group of drunk homeless people.
I truly hope the hotel improves its customer service for future guests. We for sure will not be coming back.

I had an exceptional experience with the hotel staff—truly some of the best I've encountered. Their dedication to ensuring client satisfaction was remarkable and made a lasting impression. While the rooms could benefit from some minor maintenance, the overall experience was fantastic.
One delightful surprise was the breakfast included in the reservation. I initially expected something modest, like a few sandwiches, but was instead treated to an impressive open buffet featuring a wide variety of delicious Turkish cuisine. It was a wonderful addition that exceeded my expectations and added great value to my stay.
