I stayed 3 nights in this hotel while staying in the city, amazing hotel and service. The personnel are real nice and lovely they're not just doing it because of their job ir faking it it's genuinely real and for the service it's good and amiable. I think it's a 5 star quality hotel the only shortage is the lack of liquor and alcohol which I personally prefer.

I’ve stayed at this hotel and I also use their spa services a few times (while staying there and while I’m in Ankara). The staff are super friendly, the valet parking is a huge plus and the spa services (I get the 50min massage) are always great! Zero complaints.

The hotel is nice clean and location was right what is wanted close to many foreign embassies where i came to renew my passport. The only downside is the smell of sewage in the isles of the hotel.
